Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

About this hotel

General information

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is a four-storey resort on its own stretch of wide white beach on Palm Beach island, built for an easy, almost private kind of stay beside the Atlantic. Its service has been refined over more than 30 years, and the interiors are by Martin Brudnizki: mid-century polish, the pinks and greens of Worth Avenue shopfronts, and the sea beyond every balcony.

There are 193 rooms and 14 suites, all with furnished balconies. The culinary centrepiece is Florie’s, Mauro Colagreco’s first restaurant in the United States, alongside the beachside Seaway, two pools (one for adults only), a Forbes Five-Star spa, a tennis court and the Palm Pavilion games club. Children aged 4–12 have the complimentary Kids For All Seasons club.

Location

The resort stands at 2800 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach: the shops of Worth Avenue are about 15 minutes by car and downtown West Palm Beach 20 minutes. Palm Beach International Airport is 16 km away (about 20 minutes), Fort Lauderdale 72 km and Miami 107 km. A complimentary house car covers destinations within 10 km, and the concierge arranges airport transfers.

Spa

The Forbes Five-Star spa has ten treatment rooms and a couples’ suite with its own dual steam shower. Resort guests have free use of the eucalyptus steam room, saltwater whirlpool, high-pressure showers and relaxation rooms. The menu runs to 22 treatments: 111SKIN, Biologique Recherche and Epicutis facials, HydraFacial, Oceanique body rituals under chromotherapy light, CBD treatments and the signature Palm Beach massage, plus a full hair salon and Himalayan salt manicures.

Sports & leisure

Palm Pavilion brings together an 18-hole putting green, basketball, billiards, bocce and table tennis. On the Har-Tru court, Peter Burwash International coaches run private lessons and clinics. There is a fitness centre, yoga including sunrise sessions on the beach, complimentary beach cruisers, Movo e-bikes and electric MOKEs for exploring the island. The water sports team teaches surfing, paddleboarding and swimming, and the concierge arranges Everglades airboat trips, visits to the Norton Museum and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, and cooking and cocktail classes.

For children

Kids For All Seasons, the island’s only hosted and supervised kids’ club, is complimentary: children aged 4–12 build sandcastles, hunt for shells and take part in arts, crafts and music. Under-fives can play in the Tot Room with a parent, and the youngest guests are welcomed at Flamingo Cove. Teens have their own games room, there are tennis classes for ages 8–12 and free bikes for guests aged 16 and under, a play area on the beach and Kid’s Kitchen cooking sessions at Florie’s.

Restaurants & bars

Restaurants and bars at the resort:

  • Florie’s — Mediterranean live-fire cooking from Mauro Colagreco, his first restaurant in the United States
  • Florie’s Terrace — breakfast and lunch on a terrace facing the ocean
  • Florie’s Bar — cocktails built on citrus and herbs from the resort garden, with sustainably produced wines by the glass
  • Seaway — seafood beneath sea grape trees at the very edge of the beach, with Sunday brunch
  • Cocoanut Café — coffee, matcha, fresh juices and pastries on the way to the beach
  • Pools & Beach — drinks and light bites by the pools and on the sand
  • Oceanfront Cabana Dining — private breakfasts and dinners in a cabana facing the sea

In-room dining is available around the clock.

Swimming

The pool deck opens straight onto the resort’s private white-sand beach, set with loungers, umbrellas and day beds. The two outdoor ocean-view pools, one of them adults-only, have cabanas, and a gelato cart, fruit and complimentary poolside pop-ups do the rounds on select days. The beach has volleyball, beach games and boogie boards.

Pets

Pets are welcome, with their own menu and in-room comforts.

Rooms

The 193 rooms and 14 suites were designed by Martin Brudnizki as a Palm Beach beach house: ivory-faced furniture, sea-glass fabrics and marble mosaic floors in the bathrooms. Every room and suite has a furnished balcony or terrace.

In each room

Each room has a marble bathroom with custom Four Seasons Palm Beach products and robes, down and hypoallergenic pillows, a 55-inch TV with casting and on-demand films, a Bluetooth speaker, a safe, a minibar, complimentary Wi-Fi, twice-daily housekeeping and 24-hour in-room dining.
