General information
Opened in summer 2011, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas spreads across man-made Saadiyat Island, between broad white beaches on the Arabian Gulf and the green fairways of a championship golf course. Palm-shaded gardens and blue pools fill the grounds, and the property combines an elegant main building with a collection of villas.
Contemporary design is layered with Arabic detail — fine woods, marble and carved latticework. Guests have a spa, a large outdoor pool, restaurants and bars, and a conference and business centre with a ballroom and an ocean-view terrace for private and corporate events. Concierge and butler service, shops, laundry, car hire and parking complete the offer.
Location
Saadiyat Island is linked to Abu Dhabi by bridges: the city centre is 10 minutes’ drive away, Yas Island 25 minutes, Abu Dhabi International Airport 20 minutes and Dubai’s airport about 1.5 hours.
Spa
The spa has several treatment rooms with a wide choice of face and body therapies, plus a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and gym.
Sports & leisure
There are several pools, including a 25 m lap pool, and a well-equipped fitness centre. Yoga, water sports, sea cruises and excursions are on offer, and a golf course lies right next to the hotel.
For children
The kids’ club has both indoor and outdoor areas, and there is a separate children’s pool. Babysitting is available on request.

Rooms blend modern design with Arabic grace: wood, marble, refined furniture and carved screens. Each has a seating area and a spacious open-plan bathroom, balconies look over the beaches, the Gulf or the island landscape, and the villas add private pools.
Rooms have air conditioning, TV, telephone, internet access, a safe, a coffee machine and tea set, a hairdryer, and an iron and board on request.
