About this hotel
General information
One&Only One Za’abeel occupies the futuristic One Za’abeel complex in the heart of Dubai — two towers joined by The Link, a “horizontal skyscraper”. This vertical resort offers spacious rooms with dizzying city views, their interiors worked out to the last detail by designer Jean-Michel Gathy.
On the roof of The Link, 100 m above the ground, a beach club holds the longest panoramic pool in the UAE; below are a family lagoon in a tropical garden, a kids’ club, a three-level spa, a nightclub and a gallery of boutiques. Restaurants are led by Michelin-starred chefs including Anne-Sophie Pic, Paco Morales and Dabiz Muñoz. Eight event rooms for up to 500 guests, a garden terrace and a private lounge on the 53rd floor host events, and weddings and honeymoon programmes can be arranged.
Location
The hotel stands in Za’abeel, minutes from Downtown Dubai, the World Trade Centre, the International Financial Centre, Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future. The international airport is about 10 minutes’ drive.
Spa
The three-level One&Only Wellness & Spa covers everything from innovative treatments and medical diagnostics to personalised wellness and spa programmes.
Sports & leisure
There are two outdoor pools: a family lagoon on a terrace with a tropical garden and the UAE’s longest infinity pool in the beach club atop The Link. A fitness centre has modern equipment, the Sphere nightclub stages shows, and excursions can be arranged.
For children
The family lagoon has a children’s area, and KidsOnly, for ages 4–11, runs entertaining and educational programmes; babysitting on request.
Restaurants & bars
The dining collection is built around world-class names.
- La Dame de Pic — French haute cuisine under Anne-Sophie Pic, holder of ten Michelin stars
- StreetXO — European, Asian and South American flavours from three-Michelin-star chef Dabiz Muñoz
