About this hotel
General information
Shaped like an immense white superyacht, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab rests in a private harbour and completes the seafront trio with its neighbours, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab. The hotel opened in early 2025; its rooms take their cue from the interiors of luxury yachts, and terraces look out over the Gulf and the marina.
There are eleven restaurants and bars, a three-level Talise Spa, four pools, two sandy beaches and a private marina with 82 berths. Complimentary buggies run around the grounds, concierge and business services are on hand, and weddings and honeymoon programmes can be arranged.
Location
The hotel sits on a private beach in the Jumeirah Beach area, 15 km from central Dubai and 22 km from the international airport.
Spa
Talise Spa spreads over three floors, one reserved for women. It has a 20-metre indoor pool, a hammam, sauna, steam room, beauty salon, relaxation areas and 13 treatment rooms with terraces overlooking the Gulf and Burj Al Arab. Programmes take a holistic approach to balancing body and mind.
Sports & leisure
There are three outdoor pools — a large main pool, the private Iliana club pool and an adults-only pool. The fitness centre has modern equipment and panoramic views of Burj Al Arab, and boat trips and excursions can be arranged.
