General information
Malakiya Villas is the most secluded corner of the Madinat Jumeirah resort. Its seven villas — one for each emirate — recall the summer residences of sheikhs, with crenellated towers, colonnades and open terraces, hidden behind gardens and walls on grounds laced with sea canals. A separate entrance and lobby, private parking, a “secret garden” and pool for each villa and a well-drilled team give the feel of a private home.
The villas range from two- and three-storey residences with two or three bedrooms to the 644 m² Royal Villa. Interiors follow a restrained Arabian style: warm, deep colours, antique furniture, patterned rugs, fine fabrics and deep sofas piled with cushions. Guests can withdraw completely or make full use of everything the wider resort has to offer.
Location
The villas occupy a private enclave of Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, among gardens and sea canals. Each has its own entrance, private parking and direct access to a jetty with an abra boat.
Spa
Villa guests use the Talise Spa at Madinat Jumeirah.
Sports & leisure
The resort’s Quay Healthclub is open to villa guests, and every villa has its own pool.
For children
There is a kids’ club and playrooms for younger guests.
Restaurants & bars
Breakfast is served in the villa, and for lunch and dinner the more than 50 restaurants of Souk Madinat Jumeirah are close at hand.

Seven detached two-storey villas in the style of Arabian houses — light, spacious and furnished with meticulous attention to detail.
Every villa includes in-villa breakfast, a 24-hour butler, a private pool, private check-in, private parking and access to a jetty with an abra boat.
Malakiya Two Bedroom Villa
Two bedrooms (king-size and twin), a living and dining room with bar, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and dressing room, and a pool terrace in the gardens overlooking the canals.
Malakiya Three Bedroom Villa
Three bedrooms (two king-size, one twin), a living and dining room, a kitchen, a wine cellar, three bathrooms with Jacuzzi and a pool terrace with canal views.
Royal Malakiya Villa
The largest villa, in Arabian style, with two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a kitchen, three bathrooms with Jacuzzi and dressing rooms, and a pool terrace set in the gardens. Sleeps four adults and two children.
