General information
Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental rises above landscaped gardens and azure pools that run down to a private white-sand beach on the Arabian Gulf. Location
The palace stands on the Gulf shore, 3 km from central Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi International Airport is 38 km away, Al Maktoum International 125 km and Dubai International 180 km.
Spa
The spa has whirlpool baths, a Moroccan hammam, steam rooms, an ice grotto, a relaxation area, a beauty salon and treatment rooms offering a wide range of face and body rituals.
Sports & leisure
Large heated outdoor pools include one with whirlpool zones and another with waterslides and waterfalls. The park is laced with 6 km of running and cycling paths, and there is a gym, a water sports centre, floodlit tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis and billiards. Yoga, boat trips, diving and excursions round out the programme, and water sports and tennis equipment can be hired.
For children
Younger guests have a kids’ club and a pool with waterslides and a dedicated children’s area. Babysitting is available on request.
