General information
Al Zorah Beach Resort opened in September 2016 on a private white-sand beach in Ajman, half an hour’s drive from Dubai. Around it lies the 100-hectare Al Zorah nature reserve, with turquoise lagoons, coastal coral reefs, a fish nursery and mangroves that shelter some 60 bird species.
Gulf-view rooms and villas with private pools are designed in a restrained, minimalist style. Beyond the spa, restaurants and water sports, the resort has a 200-guest function room, three meeting rooms, a business centre, a limousine service, butler and concierge services, and weddings can be arranged.
Location
The resort lies on a private beach within the Al Zorah reserve, 15 minutes’ drive from central Ajman. Dubai International Airport is 38 km away, about half an hour, and Sharjah International Airport 20 minutes.
Spa
The spa, with a hammam, relaxation areas and treatment rooms, offers massages and other Western and Eastern therapies using fully natural Alqvimia products.
Sports & leisure
The heated main pool is 80 metres long. A 24-hour gym is on site, and guests can try water sports, boat trips, kayaking through the mangroves, desert safaris and excursions. An 18-hole championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus is nearby.

There is a separate children’s pool.
