About this hotel
General information
Ikos Porto Petro spreads along Mallorca’s south-east coast between two sandy coves, next to Mondragó Natural Park and a short stroll from the harbour at Porto Petro. Low-rise buildings sit among green gardens, and the interiors are kept quiet: tiled floors, soft natural shades, wooden furniture. The Deluxe Collection forms a separate enclave with its own pool, bar and concierge, alongside villas with private gardens and pools and a cluster of One Bedroom Suites set around a shared pool.
The resort runs on Ikos’s expanded take on all-inclusive, which the group calls Unconditional Luxury. The stay covers à la carte dining with menus by MICHELIN-starred chefs, a list of more than 100 wines, branded spirits, 24-hour room service and a minibar restocked daily. Also included are dinners at selected local restaurants through the Dine Out programme, a day with an electric MINI Countryman to explore the island, and free entry to museums and monuments with the Culture Pass.
Location
The resort lies on the south-east shore of Mallorca beside Mondragó Natural Park, with the fishing village and harbour of Porto Petro just beyond its grounds. Palma airport is about 60 km away, a drive of under an hour.
Spa
Ikos Spa by Anne Semonin Paris is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00, with an indoor pool, a thermal suite with steam bath and sauna, private treatment rooms, hair and nail salons and an Anne Semonin product corner. Treatments built on the French brand’s oils and minerals are tailored to each guest; the spa facilities are open to all adult guests, while treatments are booked separately. Deluxe Collection guests receive two neck and back massages per suite or villa per stay.
Sports & leisure
Sport centres on three floodlit tennis courts with coastal views, padel courts and a mini football pitch. The fitness studio and cardio room are open around the clock, with aqua aerobics, yoga, stretching and Pilates classes, a Reformer Pilates programme and introductory dive lessons in the pool. On the water there are canoes, paddleboards and pedalos (30 minutes a day) and snorkelling in the bay, and bikes for exploring nearby villages are free to borrow. Private boat trips, yacht charters, scuba diving and tennis lessons are arranged at extra cost. Evenings bring live music, shows, film nights and resident DJs.
