General information
The Chedi Luštica Bay is a five-star hotel in the new resort town of Luštica Bay, set on the Luštica peninsula along the bay of Trašte. It anchors the waterfront Marina Village quarter, facing the marina and the open Adriatic, with olive groves, green hills and old villages around it.
The hotel has 100 rooms and 11 suites, including a penthouse. Interiors are pared back and bright, with terrazzo-effect ceramic floors, oak, floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony in every room. The hotel follows a philosophy of simple living and an unhurried pace; alongside an Asian-rooted spa it offers indoor and outdoor pools, its own beach and a conference centre with a 175 m² ballroom.
Location
The hotel is in Luštica Bay, a resort town within the municipality of Tivat on the shores of Trašte Bay. Tivat Airport is 13 km away (around 20 minutes), while Podgorica and Dubrovnik airports are each about 1 hour 45 minutes by car. Transfers are made in the hotel's own limousine, and the team can also arrange car, boat and yacht hire.
Spa
The Asian-rooted spa draws on the healing traditions of Bali, India and Tibet and works with VOYA, an organic seaweed-based range. Facilities include an indoor spa pool, sauna, steam room, treatment and relaxation rooms, plus a fully equipped gym with a personal trainer.

For children
Two complimentary indoor kids' clubs welcome children aged 3–12: one inside the hotel (seasonal) and one open year-round at Centrale, the heart of Luštica Bay, five minutes' drive away. Children under three can join with a dedicated babysitter, booked in advance at a charge, and there is an outdoor playground and a babysitting service.

- The Restaurant — the main dining room, with contemporary Mediterranean cooking, breakfasts to live piano and a terrace over the marina
- The Japanese — a destination restaurant on the first floor with sweeping sea views
- The Spot — a relaxed restaurant on the marina promenade serving local dishes with a modern touch, from breakfast to dinner
- The Lobby Bar — coffee, fresh pastries, regional wines and cocktails with a sea view
- The Rok Beach Bar & Lounge — a beach bar set into the natural rock, with international street food, oven-baked pizza and cabanas
Swimming
The private Chedi Beach comes with complimentary loungers, parasols, towels and service, next to the cabanas of The Rok Beach Bar & Lounge. The outdoor infinity pool looks out over the Adriatic, with loungers on its sundeck and on an island in the water, and the spa has an indoor pool. Guests can also use the other seasonal beaches of Luštica Bay.
Pets
Every room is pet-friendly. Dogs have their own beach at the end of The Chedi Beach, a dedicated menu, walking and grooming services and a pet shop. Pets are not allowed in The Restaurant, the spa, the outdoor pool or the indoor area of The Spot.
Rooms
The 100 rooms and 11 suites all have balconies, looking over the villages, the pool, the marina, Trašte Bay or the open sea. The décor is clean and restrained with Mediterranean touches of colour; suites add a kitchen or kitchenette.
Rooms have Simmons beds, a minibar and wine selection, a 55-inch IPTV with HDMI and Bluetooth phone connection, a work desk, bedside USB chargers, a safe, a marble bathroom with underfloor heating, double vanity, Hansgrohe rain shower and Acqua di Parma toiletries, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Superior Room
A light-filled room with a king or twin beds and a balcony facing the village. Sleeps two adults and a child.
Deluxe Room Sea view
A room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony and panoramic Adriatic views. Sleeps two adults and a child.
Junior Suite
An open-plan suite with lounge and sleeping areas, a kitchenette, a balcony and partial marina views. Sleeps two adults and two children.
Deluxe Suite
A suite with a separate bedroom and living room, a kitchen, a balcony and sea views. Sleeps two adults and two children.
Grand Superior Room
A room with a balcony and mountain views across the Luštica peninsula. Sleeps two adults and a baby.
