General information
Regent Porto Montenegro stands on the waterfront of Porto Montenegro, the superyacht marina village in Tivat on the Bay of Kotor. Its architecture recalls the palazzos of the Italian coast, while the interiors borrow from the cabins of an ocean liner, with warm wood and a palette of nautical blue and beige.
The 175 rooms and suites are spread across three wings, Venezia, Aqua and Baia, the last two forming the Pool Club Residences in an Italian Riviera spirit with bold red accents. The hotel has four restaurants and bars, the Regent Spa, infinity pools looking over the marina and mountains, and a ballroom and waterfront Italian Garden for events and weddings.
Location
The hotel sits at the heart of Porto Montenegro in Tivat, close to the historic towns of Kotor and Perast. Tivat Airport is 4.7 km away, about ten minutes by car, while Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports are each around 90 minutes. Transfers can be arranged by car, boat or helicopter, and the marina is easily reached by private yacht.
Spa
The Regent Spa occupies the first floor of the Venezia wing. Treatments combine essential oils and hands-on therapy drawn from wellness traditions around the world, with a Finnish sauna and hammam to warm up beforehand. Selected treatments can be delivered aboard yachts within the harbour, and the gym is fitted with Technogym equipment, with personal trainers and yoga on request.

For children
The Pool Club is designed as a family space: alongside the main and lap pools it has two children's pools. Babysitting can also be arranged.
Restaurants & bars
The hotel has four restaurants and bars:
- Murano — Mediterranean cooking centred on fresh seafood and local herbs, from breakfast to dinner
- Gourmet Corner — a patisserie and delicatessen with cakes, salads, soups and burgers
- Pool Bar — light bites and drinks by the Aqua wing pool, overlooking the bay
- Onyx Bar & Garden — an international menu, sunset aperitifs and evenings with DJ sets
Swimming
For swimming, the hotel has a 20-metre indoor pool, an outdoor infinity pool with loungers facing the marina and bay, and the Pool Club with a 273 m² feature pool, a 208 m² lap pool and two children's pools. Boats take guests to secluded beaches around the bay.
Pets
Dogs and cats of up to 25 kg are welcome for a supplement. Pets may join guests on the restaurant terraces but are not allowed by the pools or in the Regent Spa.
Rooms
The 175 rooms and suites occupy three wings, with interiors in nautical blues and beige and warm wood, and views of the mountains, the pools or the bay. The largest are multi-bedroom penthouses with fully equipped kitchens and extensive terraces.
Premium Room Sea View
A room with a king bed, a furnished balcony and views over the Bay of Kotor; the bathroom has a bathtub and walk-in shower.
Classic Rooms
A compact room with wood and brass details, a king or twin beds and a walk-in shower; higher grades add a balcony with pool or sea views.
Premium Rooms
A spacious room with a king or twin beds and mountain, pool or sea views; some have a freestanding tub. Accessible rooms are available.
Three Bedroom Suite Duplex with Sea View
A two-level suite with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area, and a balcony with outdoor dining and sunbathing space facing the sea and marina.

A two-bedroom suite (two kings, or a king and two twins) with living and dining space, an unequipped kitchen and a furnished balcony.
Three-Bedroom Penthouse Baia with Private Pool
A penthouse in the Baia wing with three en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a top-floor terrace with its own pool and Adriatic views.
Three-Bedroom Penthouse Venezia Jacuzzi
A fifth-floor penthouse in the Venezia wing with three king bedrooms, living and dining areas, a kitchen and a wraparound terrace facing the marina and bay.
