General information
Dukley Hotel & Resort occupies the Zavala peninsula in Budva, set among pine woods above the Adriatic with views of the sea and the old town. It is a five-star resort in a residential style: 50 rooms, residences and penthouses that blend Mediterranean tradition with contemporary design, ranging from 25 to 500 m².
Alongside the rooms there are one- to four-bedroom residences with private terraces, suited to families and groups, and generous penthouses. The estate has three private beaches, the Infinity Pool Club, a range of restaurants with different cuisines, the Harmonia Wellbeing spa, a kids' club, a conference hall and up to seven event venues, as well as the Open HeART Studio & Gallery art space.
Location
The resort sits on the Zavala peninsula between central Budva and Bečići: the town centre is 1.6 km away, Budva Old Town and marina about 2 km, and Bečići beach 150 m. Tivat Airport is 20 km (about 30 minutes), Podgorica 50 km (about an hour) and Dubrovnik 70 km (about two hours including the border crossing). The resort arranges transfers, and a seasonal taxi boat runs to the old town.
Spa
Harmonia Wellbeing by Dukley has a bathing area with a Finnish sauna lined with a Himalayan salt panel, a eucalyptus steam room and an oversized bubble bath with a swim jet. A daily 1 hour 45 minute bathing session is included in every stay, and the menu adds massages, body and facial treatments, which can also be booked in the residences. There is also a spa cabana, a gym and Pilates and yoga studios.

For children

Each day brings morning exercises, creative workshops and a mini disco; resort guests have the first three hours free. Babysitting is also available.

Swimming
The resort has three private beaches, among them Dukley Beach, a sandy strip 30 m away that is rare in Budva; in season, guests receive a set of loungers on one of the beaches. The Infinity Pool Club sits above the sea, while the Sumosan and Laguna beach clubs line the coast nearby.
Rooms
The 50 rooms, residences and penthouses range from 25 to 500 m², from compact double rooms to top-floor penthouses with terraces, hot tubs and Adriatic views. Interiors pair traditional Mediterranean elements with contemporary furniture.
Every category has an LED TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, Amouage toiletries and a baby cot on request; rooms add a Nespresso machine, a safe and underfloor heating in the bathroom, while residences have a furnished terrace.
