General information
The fortified islet of Sveti Stefan is one of the most recognisable sights on the Adriatic coast. A narrow isthmus links it to the mainland, and within its walls the restored 15th-century stone houses now serve as cottages and suites, threaded by cobbled lanes and shaded courtyards.
The second part of the resort is Villa Miločer on the mainland, a former royal residence, enclosed on three sides by forests of cedar, pine and olive. It holds the suites, a living room, a library and the restaurant, with Aman Spa close by. The island opens to guests in the warmer months, while Villa Miločer operates year-round and can be taken in its entirety, with up to eight suites for family or friends.
Location
The resort lies at Sveti Stefan on the Montenegrin coast, close to Budva and Kotor. The nearest airport is Tivat, about an hour away; Podgorica is around an hour and a half, and Dubrovnik roughly four hours including the border crossing. The concierge team arranges airport transfers and journeys around the country.
Spa
Aman Spa sits on the mainland a few steps from Villa Miločer, overlooking the private bay of Queen's Beach and covering almost 2,500 m² among pines, fig and olive trees. It has four double treatment rooms, a hair and nail salon, a heated 24-metre indoor-outdoor pool, a Technogym fitness centre, a yoga and Pilates studio with Allegro Reformers, and three hydrotherapy suites with steam, sauna and plunge pools that can be reserved privately. Treatments draw on local medicinal herbs and the Aman Skincare range.

Restaurants & bars
The Villa Miločer Restaurant serves classic and contemporary Adriatic dishes built on seasonal produce and freshly landed local fish, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The intimate dining room gathers around a large open fireplace and hand-loomed wool rugs, while in fine weather tables move to the wisteria-draped loggia between the villa and the beach, with views of King's Beach and Sveti Stefan island.
Swimming
Villa Miločer has direct access to the beach, and the spa overlooks the private bay of Queen's Beach. There is also the heated 24-metre pool at Aman Spa, the Sveti Stefan Suite has its own pool, and snorkelling equipment is available to all guests.
Rooms
On the island, rooms, cottages and suites fill the restored stone houses, linked by stone steps and cobbled paths; Villa Miločer holds spacious suites overlooking the bay or the forest. The largest have several bedrooms, terraces facing the Adriatic and, in one case, a private pool.
Rooms have coffee- and tea-making facilities and non-alcoholic drinks, while the Villa Miločer suites add a king bed and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, twin vanities, dressing areas and a separate shower and toilet.
