General information
Park Hyatt Saigon occupies a pale, French colonial-style building on Lam Son Square in the very centre of Ho Chi Minh City, directly facing the Opera House. Its appeal rests on considered design, handcrafted detail and modern comfort, and its restaurants, cocktail bar and Park Lounge are a fixture of the city’s social life.
The 245 rooms, 23 of them suites, are dressed in a colonial spirit — wooden floors, custom-designed carpets, marble bathrooms — alongside in-room iPads and sensor lighting. The suites hold a collection of oil paintings, antiques, lacquerware and hand embroidery by Vietnamese artists. Tucked inside the building is a tropical garden with a 20-metre pool, flanked by Xuan Spa and a fitness centre, while butler and concierge teams are on hand around the clock.
Location
The hotel stands on Lam Son Square in District 1, opposite the Opera House and a few minutes’ walk from the Central Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the boutiques of Đồng Khởi Street, with the Saigon Centre and Diamond Plaza malls close by. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 7.5 km away, about 40 minutes by car; the hotel arranges airport transfers by Mercedes limousine and an arrival fast-track service through immigration and customs.
Spa
Xuan Spa, on the third floor, draws on the traditions of the Mekong Delta, using fresh herbs, local grains and fruit, and floral and mineral ingredients. It has four treatment rooms, one of them for couples, plus a steam room and a whirlpool bath. The menu covers signature massage and facial rituals, body treatments and Anne Semonin therapies, and the spa sells its own product line.
Sports & leisure
The 170 m² fitness centre is equipped with Life Fitness cardio machines, and the 20-metre outdoor pool sits in the tropical garden. Square One runs Vietnamese cooking classes by reservation in one of its show kitchens — fresh spring rolls to claypot dishes — with a recipe folder and cookbook to take home. The concierge arranges sightseeing around the city, and the hotel’s limousine service handles chauffeured outings.

Swimming
The 20-metre outdoor pool lies in a tropical garden within the hotel, lined with loungers and served by the Pool Bar. The Deluxe rooms and the Park Deluxe Suite have private terraces opening straight onto the pool and garden.
Rooms
The 245 rooms, including 23 suites, are in a French colonial style with wooden floors and marble bathrooms. Rooms differ by outlook — city, garden or a terrace onto the pool — and each type is sold separately with one king bed or two twin beds; every suite has a separate living room.
A flat-screen TV (55-inch in the larger suites), Bose Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso machine, individually controlled air conditioning, iPad, minibar, safe, Dyson hairdryer, Le Labo toiletries, free Wi-Fi and a marble bathroom with bathtub and rain shower.
