Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

About this hotel

General information

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is a non-gaming, non-smoking hotel at the centre of the Las Vegas Strip, where floor-to-ceiling windows in every room frame the city, the desert and the mountains beyond. A property-wide transformation redesigned every room and suite and moved the lobby from the 23rd floor to street level, now a double-height space with more than 1,000 m² of Italian Calacatta Gold marble and a custom crystal chandelier.

There are 389 rooms, 84 of them suites. On the 23rd floor, a second phase by Rockwell Group introduced the brand’s signature Peacock Alley and the Hard Shake lounge. Three pools on an eighth-floor deck, a spa on two levels, 14 event spaces led by the Waldorf Ballroom and a concierge team from Les Clefs d’Or complete the picture.

Location

The hotel stands at 3752 Las Vegas Boulevard South, mid-Strip, next to The Shops at Crystals and about 800 metres from T-Mobile Arena and the Bellagio fountains. Harry Reid International Airport is a 10-minute drive away. A complimentary house car covers drop-offs within a radius of about 3 km.

Spa

Waldorf Astoria Spa occupies two levels high above the Strip, with a steam room and sauna, a Vitality Pool with hydrotherapy jets and mineral currents, and experience showers. The menu covers massages, body scrubs and therapies, facials, nails and a hair salon, a couples’ ritual with a private hydrotherapy bath, and IV drips with LIV Wellness.

Sports & leisure

The fitness centre has Technogym cardio and strength equipment with a screen on every machine, plus personal training and tailored programmes. A studio on the eighth floor, overlooking the pool and the city, hosts complimentary all-levels classes for hotel guests. The Les Clefs d’Or concierges plan time around Las Vegas, and the hotel also arranges weddings and private celebrations.

For children

Cots for young children are available on request.

Restaurants & bars

Most venues look out over the Strip:

  • Peacock Alley — a tea lounge and bar on the 23rd floor for afternoon tea, champagne and cocktails inspired by classic cinema
  • Hard Shake — an evening lounge on the 23rd floor with hand-shaken cocktails and dishes such as wagyu sliders and caviar, plus The Edge private dining room
  • Zen Kitchen — seasonal American cooking, breakfast and brunch
  • Zen Cafe — coffee and freshly baked pastries on the third floor
  • Pool Cafe — light bites and cocktails beside the eighth-floor pool

In-room dining runs around the clock.

Swimming

The eighth-floor deck has three outdoor pools with city views, private cabanas and waiter service; it is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
