Villa Le Premier is a small five-star hotel at the 10th station of Velykyi Fontan in Odesa, just 50 metres from the Black Sea. It is styled after the Mediterranean, with an inner courtyard, a garden, terraces and two pools; indoors the mood is classic, with Italian furniture and marble-clad bathrooms.
There are 15 rooms and suites across several categories, plus the separate Grand Villa, 700 m² with four bedrooms and a pool of its own. Guests have a restaurant, a beauty salon, massage and a sauna, and free parking. The courtyard and garden host wedding banquets for up to 80 guests, and a professional photographer can be booked for a shoot on the grounds.
Location
The hotel sits on Vannyi Lane at the 10th station of Velykyi Fontan, on Odesa's seaside, 50 metres from the Black Sea. The historic centre, with the Opera and Ballet Theatre and Prymorskyi Boulevard, is an easy taxi ride away, and reception will call one.
Spa
There is no separate spa complex, but guests can book a sauna and massage, and the in-house Beauty Salon offers grooming and beauty treatments.
Sports & leisure
Days revolve around the two pools in the courtyard and the sea 50 metres away: in season, walks along the Velykyi Fontan shore or a trip to the beaches of Arcadia come easily. The garden and terraces make a fine backdrop for a shoot with a professional photographer, and in town the UNESCO-listed historic centre, the Opera and Ballet Theatre and Prymorskyi Boulevard are the classic sights.
Restaurants & bars
The hotel has its own restaurant, where a continental breakfast is served each morning from 8:00 to 11:00. The restaurant and courtyard also host wedding banquets and celebration dinners for up to 80 guests.
Swimming
The hotel has two pools, and the Black Sea lies 50 metres from the hotel. The Grand Villa also has a private pool of its own.
Pets
Dogs weighing up to 10 kg are welcome for a one-off fee and a deposit refunded at check-out.

A suite with an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, and a bedroom with an extra-large double bed; a Greek-style marble bathroom with a round gilded bathtub, private access to the garden and a terrace with rattan loungers. Sleeps up to three.
Ambassador Suite
A suite with a bedroom holding an extra-large double bed and a sitting room with soft sofas; a marble terrace with rattan furniture and sun loungers wraps around it and faces the Black Sea. Sleeps up to two.
Grand Villa
A separate villa with four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious terrace and a private pool; the balcony overlooks the sea, the garden and the pool. Sleeps up to eight.
