General information
M1 Club Hotel is a five-star hotel right on the Black Sea shore in Odesa: its terraces sit only a few metres from the water, and the hotel has its own access to the beach. The compact modern building holds 68 rooms and faces the sea, so most windows catch the sunrise over the bay. Interiors are minimalist yet warm, built from dark wood, metal, leather, concrete and plenty of glass.
Days here revolve around the sea and the water: an open-air aqua zone with a pool and jacuzzi, a hot tub with a sweeping sea view, a sauna, a gym and a beauty club. Dining spans a ground-floor restaurant with its own terrace and a sixth-floor bar and restaurant with an open deck above the coast, while the lobby bar never closes. Parking is free for guests, and Wi-Fi covers the whole property.
Location
The hotel stands on the seafront by Lanzheron Beach, among the greenery of a seaside park, with its own access to the shore. Odesa's historic centre, with Prymorskyi Boulevard and the Odesa Opera and Ballet Theatre, lies a short way inland.
Spa
Beauty&Wellness Club by Timespell offers a spa massage, classic relaxing and sports toning massages, back, foot and face massages, body wraps, the OXYJET oxygen facial and brow care. To unwind after the beach there is a sauna, an open-air jacuzzi in the aqua zone and a hot tub that looks straight out over the Black Sea.
Sports & leisure
G1 Gym & Sport is equipped for strength and cardio training and also hosts TRX, yoga and Alfa Gravity sessions; in season, yoga moves outdoors beside the sea. Guests can hire bikes, Segways and roller skates for rides along the coast, and use of the pool and gym is included in the stay.
Restaurants & bars
The kitchens look to the sea, both on the plate and through the windows:
- R1 Restaurant — light Mediterranean and Black Sea cooking with Middle Eastern touches and a strong seafood line; a ground-floor dining room plus an open terrace in season
- P1 Bar&Restaurant — creative European and Asian dishes, a long wine list and cocktails on the sixth floor, with an open terrace of loungers and swings above the sea and live music in the evenings
- L1 Lobby bar — a round-the-clock bar on the second floor with panoramic windows, serving cocktails, light bites and pastries
- Pool bar — cocktails and fresh juices, with dishes from the P1 Bar&Restaurant menu
Swimming
The beach is a few metres away, reached through the hotel's own access, and guests are given loungers, towels and umbrellas. The open-air aqua zone has a pool of treated water with no smell of chlorine, a shallow children's area, a jacuzzi and sun loungers; the pool is free for hotel guests.
Pets
Pets are accepted only with the hotel's prior agreement, for an additional charge and against a refundable deposit.
Rooms
The 68 rooms range from park-view standards to generous suites whose panoramic glazing frames the sea even from the bathroom; most categories have a terrace of their own.
Each room has wooden floors, large windows, a desk, a safe, a minibar, individual climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer, with a choice of pillows on request.

A practical room looking onto the park, with a large double or two single beds and a shower; it sleeps two, with an extra bed on request.
Standard with terrace (park view)
The same layout with a furnished panoramic terrace facing the park; a large double or two single beds, a shower, for up to two guests.
Superior with sea view
A bright room with large windows onto the sea and a spacious terrace for sunrises and sunsets; a large double or two single beds and a shower, for up to two guests.
Deluxe
A generous room with a living area, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a tub; its furnished sea-view terrace opens directly towards the beach. Double bed, for up to three guests.
Junior Suite
A suite with a living room, a walk-in wardrobe, a guest WC and a furnished terrace with panoramic sea views; the bathroom, with a tub, has panoramic windows too. Double bed, for up to four guests.
Panoramic Suite
A suite wrapped in panoramic glazing, with a living room, a study area and a walk-in wardrobe; the bathtub stands right by the sea-view window, alongside a hydromassage shower and a guest WC. Double bed, for up to four guests.
Executive Suite
The largest suite, with a big bedroom, a living room, a study area, a walk-in wardrobe and a double furnished terrace over the sea; panoramic glazing runs through every room, the bathroom included, and there is an infrared cabin. Double bed, for up to four guests.
