General information
Rock House sits on the rugged north shore of Providenciales, where white limestone cliffs rise almost 30 metres above the ocean. The architecture takes its cue from Capri and the south of France: pale facades, high vaulted ceilings, native landscaping and broad terraces that look out over the water.
The grounds hold suites and Reserve Villas, from poolside studios to multi-bedroom villas with their own pools. The resort is known for its long infinity pool on the cliff edge, an Italian restaurant above the sea and a small spa.
Location
The resort occupies a site of about 5.7 hectares on the north coast of Providenciales, with roughly 180 metres of ocean frontage; the address is Blue Mountain Road. The setting differs from the long beaches of Grace Bay: cliffs, a sheltered cove below and a sense of seclusion.
Spa
Spa at Rock House is an intimate space with two double treatment rooms, each with its own changing area and bathroom. It also has a private pool terrace with loungers, a lounge with complimentary refreshments and a garden courtyard.
Treatments use OSEA marine botanical skincare and Manucurist Paris nail care. Signature offerings include the Sea of Life Custom Facial and the Signature Stone Ritual, and massages can be arranged in the room. Yoga, meditation, sound healing, contrast therapy, cold plunges and guided hikes are offered alongside.
Sports & leisure

- group classes in yoga, pilates and HIIT, plus tennis clinics and pickleball; private and group tennis and pickleball lessons

- sea excursions: barrier-reef snorkelling, sunset sails, private boat charters, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking
Restaurants & bars
Two principal venues are complemented by dining at the pool and on the beach.
- Vita — Italian cuisine with Caribbean touches, on a terrace some 9 m above the sea, with fine wines and a cocktail programme
- Cave Bar — an intimate bar set against natural rock walls, serving handcrafted cocktails
- Pool and beach dining — dishes and drinks served by the pool and on the shore
Swimming
Below the cliff lies a private beach of more than 100 metres, with a jetty reaching about 30 metres into protected water for easy access to the sea. On the clifftop the pool has serviced cabanas, and a number of suites and villas have private pools on their terraces.
Rooms
There are 46 suites and Reserve Villas, ranging from studios to a ten-bedroom villa made from two five-bedroom units. Reserve Villa guests have a personal butler, daily breakfast delivered to the villa and, with advance notice, a private chef.
Each accommodation has air conditioning, high-speed internet, satellite television, a safe, a coffee and tea maker, a hairdryer and a bathroom with a separate tub and shower.
Oceanfront Studio
A studio with a California King bed, a sitting area and an oceanfront terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a freestanding tub; for two guests.
Ocean View Ridge Studio
A ridge-side studio with ocean views, a California King bed and a pull-out twin sofa. It has a living area, breakfast nook and terrace; up to three guests.
Oceanfront Pool View Studio
A studio overlooking the long pool and the ocean, with a California King bed, a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. L’Occitane bath products; up to three guests.
Oceanfront One Bedroom
