General information
IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas is a large resort on the sandy Lara coast at Kundu, made up of two parts. The main complex of 429 rooms and suites sits in 93,000 m² of gardens planted with pines and palms and laced with ponds and fountains; next to it, across another 70,000 m², a village of 47 villas is set around an ornamental lake and its own stretch of beach. The villas are built with timber and natural stone, several of them in a tropical Balinese style with private gardens and pools.
The main complex runs on an all-inclusive concept, while the villas are ultra all-inclusive with à la carte service, and villa guests also have the run of the main complex. The resort is geared above all to families, with an aquapark of six slides, several large pools, the Nico kids’ club for everyone from babies to teenagers, a spa with a Turkish hammam, tennis courts and evening shows; the villas and the larger suites come with a separate VIP service.
Location
The resort stands at Kundu, in the Aksu district, on Lara beach along Antalya’s eastern shore, 15 km from Antalya Airport and 25 km from the city centre. Villa guests and those in the King Suite and Presidential Suite receive a round-trip VIP car transfer from the airport; other guests can book one at extra cost.
Spa
The Lilium spa pairs a complimentary area — a Turkish hammam with a heated navel stone, a sauna, a jacuzzi, relaxation rooms and a vitamin bar — with paid treatments: classic, Thai and Balinese massage, face and body care, the traditional kese scrub, a Vichy shower, a hydro bath, capsule treatments, and private VIP hammam and VIP sauna-and-jacuzzi suites. A beauty salon sits alongside.
Sports & leisure
The fitness centre is well equipped, and the daytime programme runs to yoga, fly yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Kangoo jumps and water classes such as aqua fit, aqua bike, aqua jump and pool paddleboarding. There are three tennis courts with a tartan surface (lighting, equipment and lessons are extra), an artificial-grass football pitch, a basketball court, beach volleyball, table tennis, bocce, water polo, darts, archery and air-rifle shooting. Bowling, billiards, a games centre and motorised water sports — banana rides, parasailing and jet skis — are charged; windsurfing is open to licensed guests. Evenings bring dance, musical and acrobatic shows, a Turkish night, live music and a disco.
For children
The Nico kids’ club is split by age: a Baby Club for the youngest (0–3) with a playroom, kitchen, nap room and sandpit, a Mini Club for ages 4–12 with two cinema rooms, a PlayStation room, soft play, a Lego room and an activity kitchen, and a Teenage Club for 12–16. Days are filled with crafts, face painting, pool games, mini basketball, themed days (pirates, pizza, cookies, nature, sandcastles, water games), a mini disco and shows in a small amphitheatre. Children also have a playground, an amusement park, indoor and outdoor children’s pools, splash towers, their own buffet in Sofra Restaurant, and babysitting at extra cost.
Restaurants & bars
Dining in the main complex centres on Sofra Restaurant; four à la carte restaurants take reservations and are charged separately, and villa guests have their own restaurant and bars.

Swimming
The sandy beach runs 200 m long and 43 m deep, with piers for stepping straight into deeper water, loungers, umbrellas and towels; private beach pavilions can be hired. Villa guests have their own section of beach with a separate sunbathing area, and each villa comes with a pavilion of its own. The main complex adds a 1,384 m² big pool, the quieter OASE Pool, a relax pool, an activity pool, an indoor pool, an aquapark with six slides and several children’s pools.

Rooms
The main complex holds 429 rooms and suites in low-rise wings set among the gardens, while the village counts 47 villas, from lakeside villas to large retreats with private pools, a hammam and gardens. The larger suites and all villas come with a VIP service that includes an extended minibar, fresh flowers and turndown.
Rooms have a balcony or terrace, smart TV, minibar, tea and coffee set, safe, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a bathtub, bathrobes and slippers and a hairdryer; villas add a kettle, loungers and a sunshade, and most a private garden.
Standard Room
A garden-view room with a bathtub and a balcony or terrace, with a double bed or twin beds. Up to three guests.
Quad Standard Room
A garden-view room with a double bed and two standard beds that fold away into the wall, a bathtub and a balcony or terrace. Up to four guests.
Junior Suite
A suite with a double bed, a separate sitting area, a bathtub and a balcony or terrace. Up to four guests.
Family Room
A family room with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a living room, one bathroom with a tub and another with a shower, and a garden-view balcony. Up to six guests.
Kids Suite
A colourful family suite with a parents’ bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a dining table and a balcony. For two adults and two children.
Lake Villa
A lakeside villa with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a living room and a terrace with loungers opening onto a pool shared by the Lake Villas. Up to six guests, with VIP service.
Lake Deluxe Villa
A roomy villa with four bedrooms — two with double beds and two with twin beds — a living room and a balcony over the pool. Up to ten guests.
King Suite
A sea- and garden-view suite with a double bedroom and jacuzzi bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a living room and a balcony. Up to four guests, with VIP service including 24-hour room service and a beach pavilion.
Presidential Suite
The main complex’s largest suite, with sea views, a double bedroom with a jacuzzi, a twin bedroom, a living room with desk and dining table, a nanny’s room and a balcony. Up to six guests, with VIP service.
Beach Villa
A villa steps from the beach with a double bedroom, a living room with a jacuzzi, a shower room, a fenced garden and a terrace with a hammock. Up to three guests.
Bali Junior Villa

Bali Deluxe Villa
