General information
Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa occupies an 1865 building in a quiet part of central Interlaken, the year-round resort at the foot of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Its classic façade, with tiny balconies, a spire and ornate detailing, sits comfortably in a landscape of meadows, lakes and waterfalls. A member of The Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels, it is regarded as one of the town’s leading addresses.
Inside, long-standing traditions of hospitality meet a contemporary touch: every room has its own character, rich fabrics and a broad palette, with views of the snow-capped Jungfrau massif or the Harder. The centrepiece is a 5,500 m² spa. More than 20 rooms host meetings and celebrations for 4–400 guests, and there is a garage.
Location
The hotel is in the centre of Interlaken. Zurich international airport is 2 hours by road and Geneva 2.5 hours.
Spa
The 5,500 m² spa offers more than 35 treatments blending Eastern traditions with the latest Western techniques. Its architectural heart is a large pool inspired by Roman baths, with a hot tub, Turkish bath, saunas and solarium alongside. The separate 280 m² Sensai Select SPA has six treatment rooms and a signature three-hour ritual that begins with a Japanese bathing ceremony and uses Sensai products with Koshimaru silk extract.
Sports & leisure
There is a gym and five tennis courts, with aerobics, Pilates and tai chi classes.
For children
Dedicated children’s programmes are offered, and young guests can also use the tennis courts and the pool.

The 212 rooms, 105 of them suites and junior suites, are spread over four floors. Each is individually designed in natural materials — wood, glass, stone and textiles — and looks out over the mountains or the lakes.

Superior Suite
A family suite whose living area converts into a second bedroom for children behind a sliding door; bathroom and separate WC, a king-size bed and a quiet, set-back position facing Interlaken.
Deluxe Suite
Classic décor, a living area with sofa and desk, a generous bathroom and Jungfrau views. King-size or twin beds, for two adults and two children under 12 or one teenager.
Superior Duplex Suite
A two-level maisonette with high ceilings: a living area and guest bathroom below, a bedroom with a spacious bathroom above, and views of Interlaken. King-size or twin beds.
Deluxe Duplex Suite
Two floors: a spacious living room and guest bathroom below, an open-plan bedroom with a spacious bathroom above, and Jungfrau views. King-size or twin beds.
Premium Suite
A spacious living area with guest bathroom and a separate bedroom with a modern bathroom, in a quiet palette with Jungfrau views. King-size or twin beds, for two adults and two children.
Yash Chopra Suite
Dedicated to the Bollywood director Yash Chopra, who opened it himself in 2011: a drawing room with guest bathroom, a separate bedroom with bathroom, a Jungfrau-facing balcony and subtle Indian ornament. For two adults and an infant.
Tower Suite
Set in the hotel’s dome: an entrance with built-in bar, a dining area and south-facing terrace, a salon with Jungfrau views, a separate bedroom with sofa bed, and a curved staircase to a private rooftop terrace with lounge. Suits a family with up to two children.
Nescens Junior Suite
An adults-only, pet-free suite with pared-back design, a spacious balcony over the greenery, a Technogym weight bench and direct access to the 5,500 m² Spa Nescens; king-size bed, for two adults.
