General information
Jardines de Nivaria sits right on the seafront in Costa Adeje, above Fañabé beach in the south of Tenerife. Its buildings are wrapped in exotic, palm-filled gardens, and the heart of the resort is marked by a glass dome that shelters the Tiffany Bar and La Cúpula restaurant, with a bandstand on the terrace beside it.
There are 271 rooms and suites, from doubles with balconies to the two-storey Suite Adrián with a Jacuzzi on its terrace. Two heated pools, one fresh water and one salt water, face the sea, and Aequor Spa adds a thermal circuit and treatment rooms. Dining runs from breakfasts with pastries from the hotel's own bakery to signature cooking under the dome, and room service is available around the clock. Guests also have free underground parking and a hairdresser.
Location
The address is C/ París in Adeje, within the Costa Adeje resort area on Tenerife's southern coast, and the grounds open directly onto Fañabé beach. La Caleta is a few minutes away and several golf courses lie nearby. Tenerife South Airport is 17 km away, and the hotel arranges a private transfer from there on request.
Spa
Aequor Spa is built around water, stone and natural light. Its intimate thermal circuit combines underwater and external jets, showers at different temperatures, a sauna and a Turkish bath. Six massage and treatment rooms occupy the upper floor, and a solarium is framed by plants typical of the Canary Islands.
Sports & leisure
The gym is fitted with cardio and weight machines. The grounds also hold a floodlit artificial-grass tennis court, a putting green, table tennis and a pool table, while the palm gardens lend themselves to slow walks.
For children
Children have their own heated pool and a playground, and the hotel can arrange babysitting on request, subject to availability.

Swimming
The hotel has direct access to Fañabé beach. On site are two pools heated all year, one fresh water and one salt water, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a separate children's pool and a solarium, with a pool attendant on duty during the day.
