General information
Park Hyatt Busan rises in Marine City on the Haeundae waterfront, the city’s best-known district for beach life and shopping. From its upper floors the view opens across the sea, the yacht marina and Gwangan Bridge, lit up after dark, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring that outlook into almost every room.
The hotel is conceived as a city residence: quiet interiors in warm beige-toned wood, fine art throughout the public spaces, and restaurants and bars on the 30th to 32nd floors above the bay. There are 269 rooms, 69 of them suites, plus a ballroom, salons and the intimate Drawing Room for private events, and a 24-hour business centre on the 30th floor with a boardroom looking over the city.
Location
The address is Marine City in Haeundae, on Busan’s eastern side. Haeundae Beach is about 500 m away, a 15-minute walk; large shopping centres and the BEXCO exhibition centre are close by, and Gwangalli Beach is around 10 minutes by taxi. Gimhae International Airport lies 25 km away (about 45 minutes by car) and Busan Station 16 km (about 30 minutes). Limousine transfers from the airport or station can be booked in advance, and there is underground self-parking as well as valet parking.
Spa
Ocelas Spa works from the idea of harmony between people and nature: seven treatment rooms, two of them for couples, organic ingredients and natural stones and herbs, with therapists trained internationally. Alongside are a dry sauna and a steam room with private shower booths and generous lockers.
Sports & leisure
The fitness centre is equipped with Italian Technogym machines and has a private studio for personal training. The spa team runs ZenScent Pilates sessions and SoundZen Mantra sound meditation. The hotel rents out bicycles and can arrange a yacht outing, and Haeundae Beach and the coastal walk around Dongbaekseom island are within easy reach on foot.
Restaurants & bars
The restaurants and bars occupy the upper floors of the tower, looking out to the sea and Gwangan Bridge:
- Dining Room — steak and seafood grill on the 32nd floor, with open kitchens, a charcoal fire and Korean cuisine in a contemporary interpretation
- Living Room — Italian restaurant on the 31st floor in the manner of a relaxed living room, serving simple home-style dishes from local produce and signature drinks
- Living Room Bar — 31st-floor bar for cocktails, wine, whisky and cognac with Gwangan Bridge in view
- Lounge — 30th-floor space behind floor-to-ceiling glass with a wide wine list and afternoon tea
- Patisserie — pastry boutique at the entrance with European pastries, chocolates and pralines, coffee and tea, and gift packaging
- Wine & Flower Shop — ground-floor shop for wines chosen by the hotel’s sommeliers and arrangements by its florists

Swimming
A 20-metre indoor pool lined in granite sits within garden planting, with the sea beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows; at night the pool and sauna area is softly lit and Gwangan Bridge glows across the water. Haeundae Beach is about 500 m away.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at the hotel.
Rooms
The 269 rooms, including 69 suites, are finished in beige-toned wood; most look out to the sea through floor-to-ceiling windows, and the suites add separate sitting and dining areas.
Each room has a flat-screen TV, individual climate control, a media hub with USB and HDMI connections and a Bluetooth speaker, a Nespresso machine, a minibar and a safe, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower and Le Labo products.
