General information
Conrad Seoul is a 37-storey glass tower in the Yeouido business district, directly across from Yeouido Park. The upper floors look out over the Han River and the city skyline, and the hotel is directly connected to IFC Mall, a cinema and the subway. Restrained contemporary interiors, generous room sizes and attentive service make it an easy city base on the river.
There are 434 rooms and suites, and even the entry categories measure 48 m². The 37th floor holds the SUT. The Butcher’s Edge steak restaurant, 37 Bar and the Executive Lounge for guests in Executive categories. On the eighth floor, the Pulse8 fitness club has a glass-walled 25-metre pool and golf simulators, while The Belle Spa blends Eastern and Western treatment methods. Event spaces total 2,752 m².
Location
The hotel sits at the heart of the Yeouido business district, close to Yeouido Park and the Han River embankment, with a direct link to IFC Mall and the subway station. The city centre is about 7 km away and Gangnam 11 km; Gimpo airport is 18 km and Incheon International Airport 54 km. The hotel runs no airport shuttle of its own, so transfers are best arranged in advance; guest parking is complimentary.
Spa
The Belle Spa is a quiet retreat of natural materials and warm tones, where massages, facials and beauty treatments draw on both Eastern and Western techniques, each tailored after a personal consultation. Facilities include eight private treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy room with a Vichy shower and a relaxation lounge for lingering after a session.
Sports & leisure
Pulse8, the fitness club on the eighth floor, overlooks the Han River: the gym is open to hotel guests around the clock, trainers devise individual programmes and group classes run in dedicated studios. A golf zone offers seven practice bays (one for left-handed players), putting areas and lessons with professional coaches, and afterwards there are a steam room, sauna, hot, warm and cold baths, a relaxation lounge and a café serving healthy drinks and light snacks.
The concierge team has put together short itineraries of one, three or five hours:
- a tethered Seouldal balloon flight above Yeouido Park with views over the Han River
- a run along the 8.2 km riverside loop around Yeouido

Swimming
The 25-metre indoor pool at Pulse8 is enclosed in glass on all sides beneath a skylight, so laps come with city views in every season, by day or after dark.
Pets
Dogs up to 15 kg are welcome in a limited range of rooms; stays with a dog need to be arranged with the hotel in advance.
