General information
Opened in December 2024 on the south coast of Mahé, Cheval Blanc Seychelles sits where tropical jungle runs down to white sand and the deep blue of the Indian Ocean. The villas are the work of architect Jean-Michel Gathy, who draws Creole tradition, clean contemporary lines and the island’s landscape into a calm and private whole.
The dining ranges from French haute cuisine to Japanese, Italian and Mediterranean cooking. Children have the Le Carrousel club with its own mini water park; adults have diving, surfing, tennis, fitness and a spa using Guerlain treatments. Butler and concierge service, a boutique, a private jetty, business services and laundry are all on hand, and the resort arranges weddings and honeymoon programmes.
Location
The resort lies on Anse Intendance beach on the south coast of Mahé, a 45-minute drive from the international airport.
Spa
Cheval Blanc Spa is set in a lush tropical garden, with treatments based on natural products and Guerlain’s exclusive skincare.
Sports & leisure
Facilities include a 25-metre outdoor pool and a surf-simulator pool. The fitness centre has modern equipment alongside a hammam, sauna and yoga and Pilates studio, and there are tennis and padel courts. Water sports, fishing, boat trips — some led by a marine biologist — excursions and entertainment programmes are also offered.
For children
The Le Carrousel kids’ club has a playroom, a playground and a full programme of activities, with a mini water park close by. Babysitting is available on request.
Restaurants & bars
The resort’s kitchens range from France to Japan and the Creole table, and in-villa dining is available.

Swimming
The resort opens directly onto the sugar-white sand of Anse Intendance.
Rooms
The 52 villas are set on the slopes of a scenic headland and in tropical greenery by the beach. Creole details meet contemporary design, and private pool terraces look out over the ocean, the gardens and the island.
Villas have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a minibar, a hairdryer and toiletries.

The same layout tucked into tropical greenery on the hillside, with a 13-metre pool terrace and dining pavilion overlooking the bay and ocean.
Ocean Hill Villa
A hillside villa with a king-size bedroom, living room, dressing room and bathroom. Its 13-metre pool terrace offers panoramic views of the bay and ocean.
Beach Villa Two Bedroom
A beach villa with two bedrooms (king-size and twin), two bathrooms, a sitting area and a garden with a dining pavilion. The 13-metre pool terrace leads onto the beach.
Beach Retreat Villa Two Bedroom
A spacious garden villa by the beach with two bedrooms (one king-size, one with two queen-size beds), two bathrooms and a sitting area. It has a private garden with a dining pavilion and a pool terrace opening to the ocean.
Beach Retreat Villa Three Bedroom
A two-storey beach villa with three bedrooms (two king-size, one twin), living and dining rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. A garden with dining pavilion and a pool terrace lead down to the sand.
Villa Horizon
Raised on stilts above the boulders at the edge of the bay, with two bedrooms (one king-size, one with two queen-size beds), a living and dining room and an open-air spa area. There is a dining spot on the rocks above the water and a terrace with a 25-metre pool.
