About this hotel
General information
The resort spreads across more than 140 hectares of Nevis's west coast, rising from the golden sand of Pinney's Beach through gardens and fairways towards the green flanks of Nevis Peak. Rooms sit in two-storey cottages among the palms, while the Great House lobby looks straight out over the Caribbean Sea to neighbouring St Kitts. Interiors are light and easy-going, in a Caribbean palette with details drawn from the island's plants and wildlife, and each suite takes its theme from a different side of Nevis — its people, nature or culture.
There are 189 rooms and suites, plus 20 villas, residences and estate homes of one to seven bedrooms spread over six neighbourhoods, many with their own pools. What sets the resort apart is the sheer range on offer: an 18-hole golf course, a tennis centre with three court surfaces and pickleball, three infinity-edge pools, a spa in garden cottages and one of the island's fullest programmes for children and teenagers.
Location
The resort lies on Pinney's Beach on the Caribbean-facing west coast of Nevis, a few minutes from Charlestown, with views across The Narrows to St Kitts. From Nevis airport it is a short taxi ride of around 7–10 minutes. Guests landing at St Kitts' international airport are met by a resort host, driven about 15 minutes to Majors Bay and then taken roughly 15 minutes by the resort's own speedboat to its private pier, where they are shown to their room while the luggage follows separately.
Spa
The Spa occupies gingerbread-trimmed cottages in a tropical garden, with nine indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, a stone hot pool and a cold plunge pool. The menu covers massages, facials, body treatments, hair and nail services, and a set of treatments designed for children. The signature Nevisian Rainforest Massage opens with an herbal foot soak and ends with a cup of locally blended tea, while Spa Under the Stars pairs a couples' massage with a candlelit dinner and stargazing. Yoga, meditation and Pilates classes run every week.
Sports & leisure
- An 18-hole, par-71 golf course with views of Nevis Peak, the sea and St Kitts; the ruins of a stone sugar mill stand near the second hole, and wild green vervet monkeys often cross the fairways
- Pro shop with Titleist rental clubs, private and semi-private lessons, daily clinics, a driving range and putting green, plus a beach driving range using biodegradable balls that turn into fish food
- Tennis centre with red clay, hard and AstroTurf courts, four pickleball courts, floodlit courts for evening play, lessons, clinics and a ball machine
- Shore Fit, a 24-hour air-conditioned gym beside the Calypso Pool with sea views, and group or private classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, trampoline workouts, beach bootcamp and sound-bath meditation

- Through the water-sports desk: catamaran sails to St Kitts or along the Nevis coast with snorkelling stops, yacht and powerboat charters, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and certification, and waterskiing
- On land: hikes up Nevis Peak, e-bike tours, ATV rides, ziplining, a botanical walk, Caribbean cooking, pasta and cocktail classes, and rum tastings at the resort and on local estates
For children
Kids For All Seasons takes children aged 3–9 for supervised indoor and outdoor activities — learning about sea turtles and other local animals, books, games, painting, scavenger hunts, crafts, sandcastle building and cooking — many of them free of charge. Teenagers have their own room with air hockey, foosball and games consoles, plus tournaments and movie nights. Families can join a sea-turtle education programme run with the Sea Turtle Conservancy and the Nevis Turtle Group, play putt-putt golf or make kites, and there is a splash pad beside the Calypso Pool. There is also Camp Nevis, and babysitting is available at an hourly rate.
Restaurants & bars
The kitchens lean on local produce, and every restaurant and bar is open to non-resident diners as well.
- On the Dune — beachfront restaurant serving local seafood and farm produce with a Caribbean slant, with a bar known for its wines and cocktails
- Mango — open-air Caribbean restaurant perched above the water with views of St Kitts, also the setting for rum tastings
- EsQuilina — Italian cooking with Caribbean touches: handmade pasta, fresh fish and island herbs; breakfast is served here too
- Kastawey Beach Bar — beach bar with a Japanese-inspired menu of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi, and rum-based cocktails
- The Crowned Monkey — an intimate evening cocktail bar working with molecular mixology techniques
- Pool and Beach — drinks and light dishes by the three pools and on the sand during the day
- Round-the-clock in-room and in-villa dining, dinners on the beach or the pier, and floating breakfasts
Swimming
The resort opens onto Pinney's Beach, roughly a kilometre of soft golden sand shaded by coconut palms, with calm water for swimming; umbrellas and loungers are complimentary. Four private beach cottages line the sand. All three pools are infinity-edged: the signature Limin Pool runs from the Great House lobby towards the sea horizon and has a firepit and four equipped cabanas with power and Wi-Fi; the free-form Calypso Pool, right by the sea, has a 25-metre lap lane and is aimed at families; and the quieter Soca Pool, with mountain and sea views, is kept for unwinding, with chilled scented towels and cooling mist.
