General information
Raffles Makati is an intimate all-suite hotel in a 30-storey tower in Makati's business district, the financial heart of Manila. There are just 32 suites, and every guest is looked after by a Raffles butler, from in-suite registration on arrival to packing the shopping on departure. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city, while the interiors pair wooden floors and marble bathrooms with pieces from the hotel's own art collection.
The day follows familiar Raffles rituals: breakfast for suite guests, afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the Writers Bar, a signature sling in the Long Bar. The ninth floor holds an open-air pool reserved for hotel guests and the Provençal restaurant Mirèio, with a rooftop bar one level up for sunset. For longer stays, Raffles Residences offers apartments with fully equipped kitchens.
Location
The hotel stands in Makati's business district within Manila, a short walk from office towers and a city museum. Manila's international airport is about 15–20 minutes by car from each of its three terminals; the concierge arranges transfers both ways on advance request, and taxis are easy to find.
Spa
Fairmont Spa, around 1,200 m² on the fourth floor, has five treatment rooms, spa suites, a Great Room, a eucalyptus steam room and a relaxation room. The menu covers massages, scrubs and facials with Aromatherapy Associates products; the two-and-a-half-hour Fairmont Spa Experience draws on traditional Filipino techniques, and there is a side-by-side massage for two. A hair salon sits alongside. The spa is open daily from 8am to 10pm.
Sports & leisure
The fitness centre, with modern equipment, a stretching area and city views, is open around the clock (attended 6am–10pm); the 26-metre open-air pool on the ninth floor is open from 6am to 10pm. Butlers arrange a tour of the hotel's art collection, afternoon tea and spa treatments, as well as outings into Philippine culture and the country's natural landscapes.
For children
Raffles Residences guests staying five nights or more have access to an indoor children's play area.

Seven restaurants, bars and cafés, plus 24-hour in-suite dining:
- Mirèio — ninth-floor brasserie-style restaurant with Provence-inspired French and Mediterranean cooking; lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch
- Spectrum — all-day buffet restaurant with interactive stations, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Indian, European and Filipino dishes, and themed nights
- Writers Bar — lobby bar for classic cocktails, light bites and traditional afternoon tea
- Long Bar — lobby cocktail bar known for its Makati Luxury Sling with 24-carat gold flakes, with live music in the evenings
- Mistral Rooftop Bar — tenth-floor rooftop bar with a terrace, bespoke cocktails, sharing snacks and sunset views over Makati
- Fairmont Lounge — bright lounge for relaxed meetings and drinks
- Café Macaron — pâtisserie with pastries and gourmet takeaway
Swimming
Raffles Pool is a 26-metre open-air pool on the ninth floor, reserved for Raffles guests and open daily from 6am to 10pm.

Rooms
32 city-view suites with butler service; stays include daily breakfast for two at Mirèio or Spectrum, plus afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the Writers Bar. Raffles Residences apartments, with one to four bedrooms and their own kitchens, are intended for stays of five nights or more.
Suites have floor-to-ceiling windows, a work area, a 65-inch smart TV with Chromecast, a Bluetooth speaker, TWG tea and coffee, a marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, 24-hour in-suite dining and butler service.
Artists Suite
Suite with a parlour screened by louvres, wooden floors, art from the hotel's collection and a marble bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A king-size bed (up to three guests) or two queen-size beds (up to four), with city views.
Legacy Suite
Expansive suite with a separate living room and bedroom, dining space, walk-in wardrobe and a king-size bed; city views, up to three guests.
Presidential Suite
