General information
Miraflores Park is an eleven-storey modern tower on the clifftop above the Pacific, in Miraflores, Lima’s most polished district. The ocean fills almost every window, and the interiors are dressed in pastel and warm sand tones, with classic wooden furniture set against contemporary art. A heated pool sits on the roof, while Zest Spa and The Observatory restaurant share the eleventh floor and its sweeping views of the city and coast.
The hotel has long hosted exhibitions, society events and diplomatic meetings, and its five event spaces take up to 250 guests for weddings and conferences. Guests in the Club categories have the round-the-clock Executive Lounge on the tenth floor, with breakfast, afternoon tea, evening snacks and drinks, and a concierge.
Location
The hotel stands on the Malecón de la Reserva in Miraflores, a few minutes’ walk from the Larcomar shopping centre above the ocean. Barranco is about 15 minutes away on foot and Lima’s historic centre 20 minutes by car. Jorge Chávez International Airport is 19 km away, around 45 minutes’ drive; the hotel arranges transfers on request.
Spa
Zest Spa occupies the eleventh floor. The menu covers the signature Zest Freestyle Massage, Swedish, deep-tissue and hot-stone massages, and facials ranging from an express treatment to a rehydrating ritual. Spa guests may also use the rooftop pool.
Sports & leisure
Besides the heated rooftop pool there is a modern fitness centre. The activity programme takes in yoga, Afro Fitness, cycling, surf and paddleboard lessons, pottery, a cooking class and a pisco masterclass. The hotel also arranges outings: a local market visit, city tours of Lima and Barranco, and a trip to the ruins of Pachacamac.
For children
Babysitting can be arranged on request. In every suite one child under 11 can stay with two adults using the existing bedding; teenagers aged 12 to 17 need an extra bed, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
Restaurants & bars
The hotel’s two restaurants and bar have long been fixtures for Lima’s own residents.
- Tragaluz – Peruvian cooking with international influences, from lomo saltado and ceviche to chirimoya desserts, in a dining room hung with contemporary art and on the terrace; the wine list centres on Peru and South America
- The Observatory – breakfast on the eleventh floor with panoramic views of Lima and the Pacific
- Belo Bar – signature cocktails, local spirits and a selection of premium piscos
Swimming
There is no beach at the hotel; swimming is in the heated rooftop pool, which looks out over the city and the ocean.
Pets
Dogs are accepted only in the Garden Junior Suite: one dog of up to 8 kg per room, for a fee. A dog bed, bowls, lead and collar are provided, and dogs are welcome on the terraces of Tragaluz and The Observatory.
Rooms
There are 87 rooms and suites, from 45 m² Junior Suites to two Signature Suites on the upper floors with their own terrace and plunge pool. Most look out over the Pacific, the garden or the streets of Miraflores.
Every suite has air conditioning, a television, Wi-Fi, a minibar, a safe, a telephone, a hairdryer and a marble bathroom.
Limeña Suite
A Signature Suite on the top floor with a king bedroom, a separate living and dining room and a terrace with a plunge pool overlooking the ocean, coastline and parkland. Sleeps three, with Executive Lounge access.
Lienzo Suite
The second Signature Suite, on the tenth floor, with a king bedroom, living and dining room and a plunge-pool terrace facing the Pacific and the park. Sleeps three, with Executive Lounge access.
Terrace One Bedroom Suite
A high-floor suite with a king bedroom, separate living and dining area, marble bathroom and a terrace looking over Miraflores. Sleeps three, with Executive Lounge access.
Deluxe Junior Suite
A generous sitting area, a desk and a king bed; the marble bathroom has a tub, separate shower and sauna. City views; sleeps three. Also bookable as a Club Deluxe Junior Suite with Executive Lounge access.
Ocean View Deluxe Junior Suite
King or twin beds, a sitting area and workspace, and a marble bathroom with tub, separate shower and sauna. Ocean views; sleeps three.
Club Deluxe Ocean View Junior Suite
A Deluxe Junior Suite on the higher floors with ocean views, a king bed and a sauna in the bathroom. Sleeps three, with Executive Lounge access.
Junior Suite
A king or twin bedroom with a sitting area, work area and spacious marble bathroom with tub and separate shower. City views; sleeps three.
Garden Junior Suite
A Junior Suite with king or twin beds and a terrace over the garden; the only category where dogs may stay. Sleeps three.
Ocean View Junior Suite
A Junior Suite facing the Pacific, with king or twin beds, a sitting area and a marble bathroom. Sleeps three.
Club Junior Suite
