General information
Susurros del Corazón is an Auberge Collection resort in Punta Mita on the Riviera Nayarit, set on a jungle-covered bluff that tumbles down to a secluded white-sand beach on the Bahía de Banderas. The mood is that of a relaxed surf retreat — hammocks in the breeze, surfers on the horizon, sunsets over the Pacific. Contemporary architecture leans on natural materials, while furniture and textiles in the interiors come from Mexican artisans.
The resort has 82 rooms and suites plus 30 residences and homes, from studios and casitas to Cliffside Residences and private casas of up to seven bedrooms. It is known for ONDA spa, three infinity pools, the Mediterranean and Pacific-coast cooking at Elio, and time on the water: surf safaris, trips to the Marietas Islands and humpback whale watching. Every guest is looked after by a personal host, known here as a cuate.
Location
Punta Mita, Nayarit, on the Bahía de Banderas shore of the Riviera Nayarit. The centre of Punta Mita is about 10 minutes away, Puerto Vallarta about 45 minutes by car, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport roughly 58 km. Private airport transfers are arranged on request; private aircraft use the Aerotron FBO next to the airport.
Spa
ONDA, Wellbeing by Auberge takes the rhythm of the waves as its theme. Facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, a large fitness centre and a private Pilates studio; signature treatments end with a cooling scalp massage using turquoise and jasper. Products come from Sanara, built on Latin American botanicals, and Miriam Quevedo, and there is the Good Vibrations café. The spa is for guests aged 18 and over, though younger guests can book nail treatments.

Days revolve around the ocean and the Nayarit landscape:

The complimentary Morritos Kids Club runs a weekly rotation of play, crafts and discovery, and teens have their own programme, from tie-dye to beach handball and volleyball. Families also get a family pool with shaded cabanas, a hot tub beside the splash pad, children’s menus built on local produce, childcare by the hour or overnight, complimentary cribs and rollaway beds for under-12s, high chairs and pack-and-plays.
Restaurants & bars
Cooking brings together the traditions of Mexico’s Pacific coast, Mediterranean influences and seasonal produce.

Swimming
The beach lies between jungle-clad cliffs on an unspoilt stretch of Mexican coast, good for surfing, snorkelling and long, idle days. There are three infinity pools: an adults-only pool facing the beach with a swim-up bar, a central family pool with shaded cabanas, and the quiet Relax pool right by the sand. Cabaña Paraíso and family cabanas with dedicated service can be reserved; the pools are open daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
Pets
One pet weighing up to 7 kg is allowed in lock-off rooms and villas for a fee. A bed and amenities are provided; food is not.
