General information
Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa occupies its namesake island in Noonu Atoll — a compact 580 by 220 metres of tropical greenery ringed by empty white beaches, a clear lagoon and a rich underwater world. Every villa, on the beach or over the water, has a private pool.
The resort pairs contemporary service with the unhurried rhythm of island life. Three restaurants and a wine lounge look out to the ocean, the spa works with French skincare brand Esthederm, and younger guests have a club and pool of their own. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a concierge, laundry service and a private jetty are all on hand, and weddings and honeymoon programmes can be arranged.
Location
Kuredhivaru lies in Noonu Atoll, about 45 minutes by seaplane from Malé International Airport. Alternatively, a 30-minute flight to Maafaru regional airport is followed by a 20-minute speedboat transfer.
Spa
Sun Spa Esthederm has four treatment rooms in a tropical garden and five over the water, with every ritual built around products from the French brand Esthederm.
Sports & leisure
A large outdoor pool offers panoramic ocean views, and every villa has its own pool. The gym is open 24 hours, and yoga takes place in an overwater pavilion. There are water sports and dive centres, a floodlit tennis court, beach volleyball and basketball, plus fishing and a choice of boat excursions.
For children
The Little Birds kids’ club has a playroom and playground, and the children’s pool has water play features. The resort is well set up for families, with babysitting available on request.
Restaurants & bars
The restaurants all face the ocean, and evenings wind down over a glass of wine in the lounge.

Swimming
Brilliant white beaches surround the island, and the water villas have steps down into the lagoon or open ocean.
Rooms
The resort has 105 villas and residences: 72 over the water, 30 on the beach and three beach residences. Contemporary interiors with Maldivian motifs open onto generous pool terraces facing the ocean.
Each has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi, a safe, minibar, wine fridge and tea and coffee facilities with an espresso machine, plus a bathtub, separate shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries.
Overwater Pool Villa Lagoon
Set over the lagoon, with a king-size or twin beds, a sitting area, dressing room and a pool terrace with outdoor shower, dining area and steps into the water. Sleeps two adults and a child under 2.
Overwater Pool Villa Sunrise
An overwater villa facing the sunrise, with a bedroom, sitting area, dressing room and a pool terrace with loungers and steps into the sea. Sleeps two adults and a child under 2.
Overwater Pool Villa Ocean
Built over the open ocean, with a bedroom, sitting area, dressing room and a pool terrace with outdoor shower and steps into the water. Sleeps two adults and a child under 2.
Beach Pool Villa Sunset
A two-level garden villa by the beach with a king-size bedroom, living room, an upper-floor relaxation pavilion and a pool terrace facing the sunset. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 12.
Beach Pool Villa Deluxe
A two-level beach villa with a king-size bedroom, living room, outdoor shower, upper-floor pavilion and a pool terrace with ocean views. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 12.
Four-Bedroom Beach Pool Residences
A garden residence by the beach with four bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room and a terrace with a large pool looking towards the sunrise. Sleeps up to eight.
