Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall sits on the Fahaheel waterfront, on the Gulf coast south of Kuwait City, with a direct link to the neighbouring shopping centre. It is a contemporary hotel of 197 rooms and suites whose design and service draw on local culture and heritage, while the roof looks out over the sea and the city.
The hotel works equally well for business and for a family stay. Its meeting rooms share a high-ceilinged foyer with plenty of daylight and an outdoor breakout space, the pillarless Regency Ballroom covers more than 475 m², and the business centre runs around the clock. Leisure is concentrated on the roof, home to an infinity pool and Vertix Fitness & Spa. Location
The hotel stands on the Gulf waterfront in Fahaheel, connected directly to Al Kout Mall. A two-storey go-karting track is next door and the musical Al Kout Fountains are less than 2 km away. Kuwait International Airport is about 37 km away; the hotel car for airport transfers must be booked at least 24 hours ahead.
Spa
Vertix Fitness & Spa occupies the roof, with views across the Gulf and Fahaheel. The treatment menu centres on massage, including aromatherapy, deep-relief and hot stone sessions, given in individual treatment rooms. A sauna, steam room, shower rooms and a juice and smoothie bar complete the facilities.
Sports & leisure
The rooftop Vertix fitness centre is open 24 hours, with cardio machines, strength equipment and free weights set against sea views, followed by the sauna or steam room. The outdoor rooftop pool suits both laps and lounging. Outside the hotel, a go-karting track lies a short walk away and the musical fountains play nearby on the waterfront.

Dining revolves around Wahaj, with two relaxed cafés and round-the-clock room service alongside.
