Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait belongs to IHG’s Vignette Collection and sits right on the Gulf shoreline in the coastal district of Salwa. It is part of the 13,000 m² Arabella complex, a waterside cluster of restaurants and cafés, so a lively urban setting is never far from the sand. The hotel has 195 rooms and suites, a rooftop infinity pool and its own private beach.
The architecture plays on the idea of a fortress built by the water, while the interiors are light and contemporary, with surfaces chosen to echo the shimmer of the sea and the pale sand. Motifs from traditional Kuwaiti Sadu weaving run through the decor alongside textures drawn from the nearby shore. Guests are welcomed with Arabic coffee and dates, the lobby café shows work by local artists, and meeting rooms host up to 150 people.
Location
The hotel stands on Gulf Road in Salwa, Kuwait City, and connects directly to the Arabella complex food court. The Avenues, 360 Mall and Marina World are a short drive away. A paid hotel shuttle runs to Kuwait International Airport and other points around the city, and a private limousine can be arranged. A two-level covered car park holds 230 cars, and valet parking is available.

Life here centres on the rooftop infinity pool, with sweeping views over the Gulf, open from 7am to 7pm. The hotel’s private beach lies just below, and a well-equipped gym, open the same hours, suits a workout before a swim. Swimming
