The hotel stands in Akasaka in Minato ward, a minute's walk from the exits of two metro stations. Roppongi and Ginza are about 10 minutes away, Tokyo Tower 20–25 minutes and the Imperial Palace around half an hour. A limousine bus runs from Narita (110–120 minutes) and stops at the hotel, and private chauffeur transfers can be arranged from Narita and Haneda.

THANN Sanctuary Spa Akasaka, on the sixth floor, uses natural THANN products and takes a holistic approach. Treatments pair a full-body massage with a head treatment or a short facial, and every visit begins with a consultation and a foot bath. Massages can also be booked in the room.

The 20 × 13-metre outdoor pool on the fourth floor opens in summer only, with a round children’s pool up to 0.4 metres deep, deck chairs and a snack bar serving drinks and summer cocktails. Children under 12 swim with an adult.
