General information
The Rome EDITION opened in 2023 in a 1940s Rationalist building designed by Cesare Pascoletti and Marcello Piacentini, a leading architect of the Italian Novecento. It sits on a quiet street in the very centre of Rome, near Piazza Barberini, the Trevi Fountain and Via Veneto, where Fellini filmed La Dolce Vita, and something of that era carries into the interiors.
Fine woods, marble and artworks shape the spaces. Some of the restaurants and bars open onto an inner courtyard garden planted with around 400 species, others onto a rooftop pool terrace with views across the city. There is a wellness centre with a gym and spa, business services, a concierge, laundry, parking and free Wi-Fi, and the hotel arranges weddings and honeymoon programmes.

The hotel is in Rome’s historic centre, close to Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. Termini station is 2 km away, Ciampino airport 25 km and Fiumicino international airport 33 km.

There are 91 rooms: 74 Guest Rooms and 17 suites. Pale wood and elegant furnishings blend contemporary design with Italian charm, and windows face the historic centre or the green inner courtyard.
