General information
The Savoy faces the Column of Abundance on Piazza della Repubblica, a short walk from the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Behind its nineteenth-century façade, interiors by Olga Polizzi and Laudomia Pucci set Renaissance detail against contemporary Italian style. The hotel is part of Rocco Forte Hotels.
Rooms are dressed with work by Florentine artisans, antiques and fine fabrics, and look out over the old city. Irene serves as both restaurant and cocktail bar; there is also a spa, a gym with a yoga studio, a 50-seat meeting room and business services, along with cooking classes, excursions and wedding arrangements.

On Piazza della Repubblica in Florence’s historic centre, close to the city’s main sights; Santa Maria Novella station is 5 minutes by car and Amerigo Vespucci International Airport 20 minutes.
