About this hotel
General information
This 17th-century palazzo in Rome’s Tridente spent several centuries as a convent and later as a refuge for young women, becoming a hotel only in the 1960s. A careful restoration in 2022 renewed the building while keeping its long history intact.
Its interiors display an art collection gathered over many years, running from ancient Roman finds and Baroque works to contemporary pieces. There is an Italian restaurant with a quiet courtyard, a cocktail bar, an open-air terrace and five meeting rooms for 20–200 guests. The standout is the 140 m² Sala Bernini, a former 18th-century church with two chapels and frescoed vaults five metres high. Weddings and honeymoon programmes are arranged, and services include a concierge, business support, Wi-Fi and laundry.
Location
The hotel is on Via di Ripetta in the historic centre of Rome, a few minutes’ walk from the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso and Via del Babuino. Fiumicino international airport is 22 km away.

Two suites have their own wellness areas: the Spa Suite with a sauna, steam room and exercise machine, and the Wellness Suite with a sauna and sensory shower.

There are 78 rooms, from Deluxe rooms to suites and apartments. Each has its own colour palette and an elegant Italian style, with carefully chosen furniture, fabrics, marble and design pieces, and windows facing the Roman streets or the inner courtyard.

Deluxe Room
A room in the hotel’s signature Italian style, with Murano lights, teal lacquer and velvets, an espresso machine and a cocktail cabinet. For two guests.
Prestige Room
A roomier room with Venetian glass chandeliers, art from the hotel’s collection and the tall windows of the former convent. For up to two guests.

An open-plan Art Deco suite: some have a freestanding bathtub by mirrored walls, another has an open fireplace. For two guests.
Prestige Suite
Suites of individual shape: some have both a bathtub and a double shower, one has its bed on a mezzanine, and a velvet sofa bed sleeps a third guest. For up to three guests.
Charme Suite with Hydropool
A bright suite with a private hydrotherapy pool for wellbeing treatments and an additional small bathroom. For two guests.
Loft Suite
A duplex suite whose mezzanine can be a private cinema, with a sofa bed for a third guest; some have a second bathroom. For up to three guests.
Wellness Suite
A two-level suite with a private spa space upstairs — a sauna in one suite, a steam room in the other — plus a mood shower and a chaise longue. For up to two guests.

Suite Ripetta
