General information
Borgo Egnazia is built as an old Apulian village, with narrow cobbled lanes, white stone houses, terraces trailing greenery and a central piazza with a clock tower. Olive groves, flowering gardens, Adriatic beaches and a championship golf course surround it. The concept belongs to the Melpignano family, who set out to reinterpret Puglia’s architecture, craft traditions, cooking and landscape in a contemporary way; the hotel is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
Spacious rooms are furnished with pieces by local artisans, and the villas have private pools. Restaurants and bars focus on regional food and wine, and there are several pools, Vair Spa with a thermal area, clubs for children and teenagers and a long list of sports. Eleven event rooms totalling 1,200 m² hold 11–500 guests, with 2,500 m² of outdoor space; weddings and honeymoon programmes are arranged. A business centre and the Bottega Egnazia boutique complete the picture.
Location
The resort lies on Puglia’s Adriatic coast beside the beaches of Savelletri di Fasano, 5 km from the railway station, about half an hour (50 km) from Brindisi Airport and around 45 minutes (55 km) from Bari International Airport.
Spa
Vair Spa has a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, Roman baths, an ice fountain, relaxation areas and treatment rooms. Face and body treatments combine traditional and modern methods with natural plant and marine ingredients from Puglia.
Sports & leisure
Four outdoor pools, two of them for families, are joined by the heated indoor pool in the spa. The fitness centre has Technogym equipment, an outdoor area and a studio for yoga, Pilates and meditation; there are also three tennis courts, two padel courts, a football pitch and a water-sports centre, with equipment for hire. Cycling and boat trips, cooking classes, wine tastings, concerts and excursions are arranged, and the 18-hole San Domenico championship course is next door.
For children
Children have their own pool, playgrounds and a dedicated restaurant, Da Frisella. Clubs are split by age: Trullalleri for 3–7, Marinai for 8–12 and Fichi d’India for teenagers of 13–16; babysitting is available on request.

Dining draws on Puglia’s produce, from a Michelin-starred restaurant to a pizzeria, and in-room dining is available.

Swimming
The hotel has two sandy beaches: Cala Masciola, with a beach club, and La Fonte.
Rooms
Rooms and suites are set in the Borgo and La Corte quarters, while the Casa villas each have a private pool. Interiors follow Apulian tradition, with white tones, local stone and furniture and objects by regional craftsmen; balconies and terraces look over the gardens, the village and the Adriatic.
Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, a bathroom with bath and/or shower, a hairdryer and toiletries.

A king-size bedroom, a living room with dining area, a bathroom with bath and double shower, a private garden and a terrace with pool and lounge area. Can connect to a La Corte Bella.
La Emma
Two king-size bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, two bathrooms and a guest WC, plus a 325 m² private garden and a terrace with a 32 m² heated pool and lounge areas.
Casa Bella
A three-level villa with three bedrooms (the master with a king-size four-poster), a room that can serve for massages, living rooms, a dining room with fireplace and a kitchen. Private garden, terrace with pool and a gazebo with dining area; villa guests receive additional services.
Casa Deliziosa
A three-level villa: upstairs two bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms and a terrace, on the lower level a third bedroom, living room and massage room, on the main floor a living room, dining room with fireplace and kitchen. Casa Stupenda
