General information
Bagni di Pisa occupies an 18th-century villa in the spa town of San Giuliano Terme, among centuries-old olive trees, cypresses and mandarin trees. Within its historic walls is one of Tuscany’s leading medical spas, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of weight-related concerns.
The interiors pair period furniture, mirrors and sculpture with modern comforts, and some of the region’s finest sights lie close at hand: Pisa and its leaning tower, Lucca with more than a hundred churches inside its ancient walls, San Rossore national park, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia. Four meeting rooms for 8–120 people cover 235 m² in all, and weddings are arranged.
Location
The hotel is in San Giuliano Terme, 6 km from Pisa, 10 km from Galileo Galilei airport, 12 km from Lucca and 78 km from Florence. The town’s railway station is on the line between Pisa and Florence.
Spa
The spa draws on thermal water and natural cosmetics for body and facial treatments, with healing thermal and mud baths. It is known for its weight-management programmes, designed by qualified dietitians and combined with spa treatments, physiotherapy and advanced aesthetic treatments.
Sports & leisure

Swimming
A large thermal pool, the Bioaquam Circuit, is joined by two smaller pools: Bagno di Mercurio with salt water and Bagno di Minerva with hydromassage.
