General information
Opened in 2008, The St. Regis Bali Resort sits among palms and tropical gardens right on the Indian Ocean shore in Nusa Dua. Interiors pair understated contemporary elegance with Balinese character — local natural materials and fabrics, refined furniture, careful detailing and authentic artefacts — and every guest has butler service.
Highlights include a lagoon pool that some villas open straight onto, a spa with a hydrotherapy pool and a water sports centre. For events there are four rooms for 6–300 guests, including the Astor Ballroom, and weddings can be held in the resort’s own chapel; there is also a library, shops, laundry and dry cleaning, parking and car hire. Honeymoon programmes are available.
Location
The resort lies on Bali’s south coast in the Nusa Dua resort area, about 12 km from the airport.
Spa
The spa pairs Balinese philosophy with carefully chosen products. It has the Aqua-Vitale hydrotherapy pool, 12 private treatment rooms including two spa suites, and a yoga centre, with a long menu of face and body treatments.
Sports & leisure
The resort has a fully equipped gym, an outdoor lagoon pool and a water sports centre with equipment for hire. Sports activities, excursions and evening shows are on offer, and a golf club lies 1 km away.
For children
A learning centre for children aged 4–12 introduces music, literature, art, dance, cooking and Balinese culture through play. There is a separate children’s pool, and babysitting can be arranged on request.

The 123 suites, villas and residences are decorated in Balinese style with mahogany floors, and each comes with butler service.

St. Regis Suite

A suite with a king-size bedroom, a sitting area, a dressing room, a bathroom and a large balcony with views of the ocean and beach. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 11.
St. Regis Pool Suite
A ground-floor suite with a king-size bedroom, sitting area, dressing room, bathroom, a terrace with a plunge pool and Jacuzzi, and a garden with a gazebo. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 11.
Orchid Suite
A spacious suite with a king-size bedroom and dressing room, a living room with dining for four, a marble bathroom and a terrace with loungers and outdoor dining. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 11.
Grande Astor Suite
A top-floor suite above the lobby with two bedrooms (king-size and queen-size), a living room with a grand piano and dining for eight, a bathroom and a balcony with a daybed and panoramic views of the gardens and sea. Sleeps six adults, or four adults and three children.
Gardenia Villa
A villa with a king-size bedroom, dressing room, spacious living room, kitchen, staff room with its own entrance and a garden with terrace, relaxation pavilion and pool. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 11.
St. Regis Lagoon Villa One Bedroom
A villa on the lagoon with a bedroom, living and dining rooms, a kitchen, a staff room and a terrace with a pool, a pavilion and direct lagoon access. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 11.
St. Regis Lagoon Villa Two Bedroom
A lagoon villa with two bedrooms (king-size and twin), two bathrooms, staff quarters and a terrace with a pool, a pavilion and direct lagoon access. Sleeps six adults, or four adults and three children.
The Strand Villa
A beachside villa with a private entrance, living and dining rooms, a kitchen, a bedroom, staff quarters and a terrace with a pool and pavilion; a private path leads straight to the sand. Sleeps three adults, or two adults and two children under 11.
The Strand Residence
A two-level beachfront residence with a private entrance, living and dining rooms, a kitchen, three king-size bedrooms and a large garden with a terrace, pavilion and pool. Sleeps up to eight.
