General information
Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay spreads across green slopes that run down to the white sand of Jimbaran Bay. Villas and pavilions are built in traditional Indonesian style, under neat thatched roofs, with terraces and private pools. Interiors are finished in natural wood, bamboo and fine fabrics, with elegant furniture, art and Balinese artefacts.
The resort suits couples and families equally well, with a pool with cascading waterfalls, a spa, a wellness centre, tennis courts, a water sports centre, an Asian cooking school and the Kids For All Seasons programme. Business guests have two meeting rooms for up to 50 people and a business centre; there are also shops, a DVD library, a beauty salon, parking, car hire, limousine service, laundry and dry cleaning. Weddings and honeymoon programmes can be arranged.
Location
The resort lies on Bali’s south-west coast on Jimbaran Bay, 10 km (about 15 minutes by car) from Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar.
Spa
The spa has eight treatment rooms set in a garden, a beauty salon and a spa bar. Massages and treatments blend traditional and modern techniques and draw on the island’s resources — marine ingredients, herbs, flowers and spices.
Sports & leisure
A spacious outdoor pool with 7-metre cascading waterfalls is joined by hot and cold Jacuzzis. The wellness centre has a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and a studio for yoga, aerobics and tai chi, and there are two tennis courts. The water sports centre offers windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling, and diving, parasailing, dolphin watching and horse riding can be arranged. There is an Asian cooking school and programmes on Balinese culture, and the nearest of three golf courses is 20 minutes away. Sports equipment is available to hire.
For children
Children have their own pool, a kids’ club and a teens’ club, and the Kids For All Seasons programme. Young guests receive a welcome gift, rooms are stocked with children’s robes and toiletries, restaurants offer a children’s menu, and babysitting can be arranged on request.

The restaurants open onto the bay and the ocean:

The 156 units are set in freestanding villas and residences. Interiors are Indonesian in style — natural wood, bamboo, fine fabrics, elegant furniture and pieces of Balinese art.
Villas have air conditioning, satellite TV, a telephone, internet access, a CD/DVD player, a safe, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
