About this hotel
General information
One&Only Aesthesis opened in 2023 on a golden-sand shore at Glyfada, the southern suburb of Athens. A nature reserve of more than 20 hectares surrounds the resort, with the Aegean at its edge. The mood recalls the aristocratic chic of an earlier age, while the design and service are entirely of today.
Accommodation runs from spacious rooms to bungalows and villas with private pools. Restaurants focus on Greek cooking and local wines, the spa builds its treatments on Greek tradition, and there are separate pools for adults and children, clubs for children and teenagers, tennis courts and water sports. The resort also hosts weddings, and central Athens is around half an hour away.
Location
The resort stands on the beach at Glyfada on the Athens Riviera, roughly half an hour by car from central Athens and from the international airport.
Spa
The spa offers facials and body treatments rooted in Greek tradition and made with natural local ingredients.
Sports & leisure
Three outdoor pools serve families, adults and children respectively. There is a fitness centre with modern equipment, tennis courts and water sports, and the resort arranges boat trips, cycling outings and excursions.
For children
Children have their own pool and the KidsOnly club, teenagers the One Tribe club, and babysitting is available on request.

The dining line-up is built around celebrated chefs and the seafront.

Swimming
The sandy beach has a beach club and an adults-only area.
Rooms
Rooms, bungalows, residences and villas are dressed in neutral pastels, combining contemporary minimalism, Greek motifs and natural materials. Balconies and terraces look over lush gardens and the Aegean.
Each room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar, an iron, and a bathroom with bath, shower, hairdryer and toiletries.
