General information
Ikos Olivia spreads across almost nine hectares of greenery above its own white-sand beach on the Toroneos Gulf. Rooms and bungalows sit among olive trees, pines and shaded gardens, and the resort follows Infinite Lifestyle, the Ikos Resorts reworking of all-inclusive that puts elegance and consistently high quality first.
Menus are shaped by Michelin-starred chefs, several bars include one beside the lagoon pool, and the grounds hold Ikos Spa, four pools, tennis courts, water sports and evening shows. Age-graded kids’ clubs and dedicated children’s pools make it above all a family resort. Event spaces, an amphitheatre, boutiques, a concierge and wedding arrangements complete the picture.
Location
The resort lies at Gerakini on the Toroneos Gulf, on the neck of land joining the Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas of Halkidiki. Thessaloniki International Airport is 70 km away, roughly an hour by car.
Spa
Ikos Spa has a heated glass-walled pool with indoor and outdoor sections, a jacuzzi, a thermal suite with hammam and sauna, a steam room and a cold plunge, plus a fitness studio, hair salon, nail studio, relaxation lounge and six treatment rooms including a couples’ suite. Face and body treatments use the French brand Anne Sémonin.
Sports & leisure
Three outdoor pools – the 450 m² main pool, a 1,040 m² lagoon pool with swim-up bar and an 806 m² pool reserved for the Deluxe Collection – are joined by the heated pool in the spa. There are two floodlit tennis courts and a water-sports centre with a windsurfing academy, snorkelling, kayaks, pedalos, catamarans and waterskiing, alongside five-a-side football and basketball courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton and darts. Yoga, Pilates, stretching, aerobics and aqua aerobics run daily; bikes and equipment can be hired for mountain biking and walking trails, and there are classes in Greek cooking, language, mythology and dance, with shows in the evening.
For children
Heros Crèche takes babies from 4 months to 3 years, Heros Kids Club children aged 4–11 and Just4Teens those aged 12–17. The WWKC football academy runs groups for ages 5–8 and 9–14. Children’s pools, a playground and a full day of sport and learning activities are on offer, trained staff keep watch at the beach and pools, Babewatch provides 30 minutes of free beach supervision, and babysitting can be arranged on request.
Restaurants & bars
Each restaurant has its own chef and cuisine, with several bars pouring a broad range of wines and cocktails, in-room dining, and a Dine Out programme that takes guests to traditional Greek tavernas nearby.

Rooms
The 291 rooms and suites, in the main building and in single- and two-storey bungalows, are dressed in Mediterranean white and blue, with balconies and terraces facing the sea or gardens. Deluxe Collection suites add a private check-in, personal concierge, their own pool and beach area, two neck-and-back massages per stay, a candlelit beach dinner and dedicated service.
Every room has air conditioning and heating, a direct-dial phone, smart TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, safe, a daily-restocked minibar, Nespresso machine and tea set, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and Anne Sémonin toiletries.
