General information
Grace Hotel, Auberge Collection sits on the cliff edge in Imerovigli, the village with some of Santorini’s most celebrated views. Run by Auberge Collection, the small hotel pairs Cycladic architecture with contemporary design — clean lines, natural materials and bespoke furniture alongside traditional handcrafted pieces. There are 22 rooms and suites plus a three-bedroom villa, ranging from 50 to 400 m² including terraces.
Nearly every room has a heated plunge pool on a terrace facing the caldera and Skaros Rock, and the hotel’s infinity pool is the largest in Imerovigli. Its restaurant, Varoulko Santorini, is led by Michelin-recognised chef Lefteris Lazarou. The hotel welcomes guests aged 14 and over and opens seasonally, from mid-April to the end of October.
Location
The hotel is perched on the caldera cliff in Imerovigli, a 15-minute drive from Fira and 30 minutes from Oia. Santorini airport is about 20 minutes away by car and Athinios port about 30 minutes. Car and helicopter transfers can be arranged; the hotel is reached by several flights of steps, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.
Spa
There is no spa building: treatments under The Joy of Wellbeing by Auberge programme are given in the guest’s own room, looking out over the caldera. Highlights include a relaxing massage with Greek olive oil infused with flowers and roots and the Wine Elixir anti-ageing treatment based on red wine and lupin; bathrooms are stocked with organic APIVITA products.
Sports & leisure
The infinity pool above the caldera is the largest in Imerovigli. There is a fitness studio with sea views, a private yoga and Pilates studio, and an in-room fitness kit on request. The hotel arranges sunrise yoga, wine tastings on site and wine tours of the island, sailing trips, kayaking, water sports, fishing and sightseeing tours of Santorini, as well as weddings and private events.
For children
The hotel is geared to adults: the minimum age is 14, and younger children can stay only in the Villa, the one accommodation with cots. The concierge can arrange babysitting, a children’s menu is offered in the restaurant and through in-room dining, and a high chair is available on request.
Restaurants & bars
Varoulko Santorini, recognised by the Michelin Guide, is chef Lefteris Lazarou’s restaurant, reworking traditional Greek and Mediterranean cooking with a focus on seafood and a list of Greek wines; it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with sunset views, and caters to the pool during the day. 363 Bar, set 363 m above sea level and facing the volcano and Skaros Rock, pours signature cocktails built on local spirits and devised by the team behind Baba Au Rum. In-room dining runs around the clock.
Pets
Pets are not accepted, with the exception of assistance animals weighing up to 15 kg.
Rooms
The hotel has 22 rooms and suites and a three-bedroom villa, with Cycladic interiors opening onto caldera-view terraces. Two Infinity Suites stand next to the main building, each with its own infinity pool.

King-size bed and an extended sitting area mixing contemporary design with handcrafted pieces; the terrace has sun loungers and a heated plunge pool facing the Aegean.
Junior Suite with Plunge Pool
A suite for two with a king-size bed, a living room with armchair and workspace, and a generous terrace with heated plunge pool, dining table and round sofa overlooking the caldera and Skaros.

A suite for two with a king-size bed, living room and a bathroom with rain shower; the terrace has a dining table and round sofa with caldera views.
Infinity Suite with Pool
In a building beside the hotel: a king bedroom, separate living room, dressing area and marble bathroom with steam room, plus a terrace with heated infinity pool, lounging and dining areas above the caldera. Guests have complimentary use of The Light Salon LED masks and patches.
The Villa
Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom and a VIP suite, a fully equipped kitchen, wine and cigar bar, and a split-level terrace with heated pool, gazebo and outdoor fireplace; there is a dedicated villa manager, a private chef on request and complimentary airport or port transfers. The only accommodation open to children under 14.
