General information
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens spreads across a peninsula shaded by Mediterranean pines, above golden beaches and the clear blue Saronic Gulf. It opened under the Four Seasons flag in 2019 and makes an easy base for combining time on the Aegean with the monuments of ancient Athens.
Guests choose between spacious rooms with balconies and bungalows tucked into the gardens. The estate holds ten restaurants and bars, a spa with a hydrotherapy circuit, several pools, three private beaches, a water sports centre and children’s programmes. For events there are several meeting rooms and a ballroom, with a business centre, boutiques and a beauty salon; the hotel also arranges weddings and limousine service.
Location
The hotel sits beside private beaches in Vouliagmeni on the Athens Riviera, 30 minutes by car from the historic centre of Athens and from the international airport.
Spa
The spa has several treatment rooms offering face and body programmes and a range of massage techniques. Its hydrotherapy area includes an indoor pool, spa pool, aromatic steam grotto, hammam and refreshing showers.
Sports & leisure
An outdoor pool complements the indoor pool in the spa. There is a modern fitness centre, a tennis court, a water sports centre with equipment for hire, running trails and yoga, and the hotel arranges boat trips, entertainment and excursions.
For children
The hotel runs dedicated programmes for children, and babysitting is available on request.

The hotel has three private beaches.

Rooms are set in the Arion and Nafsika buildings and in garden bungalows. Interiors are elegant and contemporary with Mediterranean touches, and balconies or terraces overlook the pine grove, the Saronic Gulf and the Aegean.
Each room has air conditioning, a TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, a safe, minibar, and a bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries and bathrobes.
