General information
Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, spreads across 16 hectares of lush gardens between white beaches and the clear Aegean. The much-awarded resort is organised as a series of clubs: rooms facing Mirabello Bay or the gardens, some with private pools or their own gym equipment, and a building whose rooms are styled like yachts, with two-level decks and steps straight down into the sea.
The rest of resort life is just as varied: restaurants spanning several cuisines and a well-stocked wine cellar, an Espace Vitalité Chenot built around the brand’s innovative methods, a large seawater pool, tennis courts, water sports and diving centres, a fitness centre, and even a museum of Cretan folk art. Events are held in halls for 120–550 guests and in the 650-seat Oloundion amphitheatre, and weddings in the resort’s own chapel.
Location
The resort lies on the north-east coast of Crete, 2 km from Elounda and 7 km from Agios Nikolaos. Heraklion International Airport is 65 km away.
Spa
Espace Vitalité Chenot is organised into several departments. The hydrotherapy area offers water and aromatherapy treatments and mud wraps, while aesthetic biontology covers massages and bio-energetic treatments following the Chenot method. There is also a high-tech aesthetic correction unit, a beauty salon and a dietetics service.
Sports & leisure
The grounds hold an outdoor seawater pool, five floodlit tennis courts, a fitness centre, mini golf, volleyball and basketball courts, a football pitch, table tennis and a bridge room. The water sports centre offers water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing, and there is a diving centre; equipment is available to hire. Evenings bring shows and themed nights, and days can be filled with boat trips and excursions. An 18-hole golf club is 35 minutes’ drive away.
For children
Children’s entertainers run activities, and a football academy led by Football Escapes takes children and teenagers. Rooms are set up for families, and babysitting is available on request.

The resort has its own sandy beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Rooms
The 244 rooms are spread across the buildings of several clubs. Warm-toned interiors come with a high level of comfort, and balconies and terraces overlook Mirabello Bay or the gardens.
Every room has air conditioning, a TV, a phone, a CD/DVD player, Wi-Fi, a safe, a minibar, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, with wine and fruit on arrival.
