General information
Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas steps down a hillside to its own beach in the sheltered Daios cove. The resort is laid out like a traditional Greek village, settled into the natural contours of the land, with architecture and interiors drawn from the elements of water and earth. Rooms look out to sea, villas have private pools, and The Collection offers rooms with a distinct design conceived as an extension of the surrounding landscape.
Guests have several restaurants and bars, a heated seawater infinity pool, the 2,500 m² KĒPOS by Goco spa, a water sports centre and plenty to keep the whole family occupied. For events there are eight halls — six conference rooms and two banqueting halls — as well as exhibition space and open-air venues, and the resort arranges weddings and honeymoon programmes.
Location
The resort lies on the north-east coast of Crete, on a private beach in a secluded cove, 15 minutes’ drive from Agios Nikolaos. Heraklion’s international airport and port are about an hour away, and Chania airport about three hours.
Spa
The 2,500 m² KĒPOS by Goco has two indoor pools, including a heated spa pool, a hammam, a Finnish sauna (90 °C), a soft sauna (60 °C), an infrared sauna, a steam room, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a cryotherapy chamber, a colon hydrotherapy room, sensory showers and a beauty salon. There are nine treatment rooms, two couples’ suites and a Thai massage suite, with treatments and wellness programmes built on modern technology and 111SKIN and Comfort Zone products.
Sports & leisure
The heated outdoor seawater infinity pool has a children’s area and panoramic sea views, and two indoor seawater pools sit within the spa. The fitness centre has modern equipment, an outdoor area and a yoga and Pilates studio. There is also a tennis court and a water sports centre, with water sports, diving and tennis equipment for hire. Cooking classes, evening shows, boat trips and excursions complete the programme.
For children
The Crèche Club looks after little ones under four, and a kids’ club welcomes children aged 4–12; there is also a children’s pool and a playground. Rooms are set up for families, restaurants have children’s menus, and babysitting is available on request.

The resort has its own sandy beach in a secluded cove.
