About this hotel
General information
Les Fermes de Marie is a small Savoyard hamlet of nine chalets, built from the same local materials that mountain houses were made of centuries ago. Part of the Expérience Sibuet collection, it recreates not only the architecture but the way of life: natural wood and stone, Alpine décor, antiques throughout and authentic regional cooking.
Behind the farmhouse façades lie the comforts of a modern hotel — a Pure Altitude spa with a pool and 17 treatment rooms, a gym, a kids’ club, several restaurants and a library. Three event rooms seat 10 to 110 guests, and there is a gift shop, parking with a garage and a free shuttle to the nearby Sibuet hotels.
Location
The hotel is a short distance from the centre of Megève and a 55-minute drive from Geneva International Airport.
Spa
The Pure Altitude spa has a pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor saunas, a gym, a relaxation area serving herbal tea and 17 treatment rooms. Face and body programmes draw on Alpine plant extracts and essential oils.
Sports & leisure
Winter means downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sledging and dog-sledding; summer brings mountaineering, mountain biking, riding, golf and hot-air ballooning. Cookery classes, wine tastings and excursions are also arranged, and skis and equipment can be rented.
For children
The Hameau des Enfants kids’ club offers a wide choice of games and activities.

Cooking stays true to Savoyard tradition, and some rooms open only in one season.

Skiing
The resort’s main pistes and lifts are a short distance away, and the hotel offers ski and equipment rental.

A room for two with an open-plan sitting area that can sleep a child, a south or south-east-facing terrace or balcony and a bathroom with bath or shower; separate WC.
Prestige Room
A bedroom with an open-plan sitting area that can sleep a child, a terrace or balcony with Alpine views and a bathroom with a sandstone or slate bath.
Duplex Family
A two-level room for two adults and up to three children: a double bed and sitting area downstairs and a double bed on the mezzanine for children, plus a dressing room, a bathroom with bath, a separate WC and a balcony with mountain views.
Junior Suite
A parquet-floored suite with a sitting area that can sleep a child, a south or south-east-facing terrace or balcony and a stone or slate bathroom with bath; separate WC.
Suite with 1 Child Bedroom
A double bedroom with a small adjoining single room and an open-plan sitting area for a second child, plus a balcony, an open-plan bathroom with bath and a separate WC. Sleeps two adults and two children.
Suite with Room for 2 or 3 Children
A double bedroom with an adjoining twin bedroom, a terrace or balcony, a bathroom with bath and a separate WC. Sleeps two adults and up to three children.

Suite Mont Joly 1
A family suite for five: a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a large dressing room, a living room with a balcony facing Rochebrune and Mont Joly, three bathrooms and separate WCs.
Suite Mont Joly 2
A two-level family suite with garden access: a single bedroom with shower room, a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a second double bedroom downstairs, and a master suite with its own bathroom upstairs. Sleeps two adults and three children.
Rochebrune Chalet
A two-storey chalet with its own entrance: a living room with fireplace and a children’s twin bedroom downstairs, a double bedroom with dressing room upstairs, and a terrace facing the Rochebrune massif; no kitchen.
Chalet des Fermes de Marie
A three-storey chalet with five en-suite bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a spa area with jacuzzi, massage table and fitness equipment, and a patio.
Chalet Chatel
A chalet close to the pistes with five en-suite bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a sauna and a patio.
