About this hotel
General information
The buildings and villas of Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc sit on the Mediterranean shore within nine hectares of pine and citrus parkland. The hotel opened in 1889 on the site of a writer’s summer retreat, the Villa du Soleil, and soon drew the famous: George Bernard Shaw, Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall and Dwight Eisenhower all stayed here.
Today it hosts the most exclusive gatherings of the Cannes Film Festival and other cultural events. Rooms and secluded villas, a pool that merges with the sea horizon, a spa, restaurants and bars make it one of the defining addresses of the Riviera. For events there is a 260 m² function room and 266 m² of open terraces; weddings and honeymoon programmes are arranged, and guests have boutiques, parking, a limousine service, a concierge, laundry and dry cleaning.
Location
The hotel stands on the shore of Cap d’Antibes, 15 minutes by car from Cannes and 20 minutes from Nice international airport.
Spa
The spa has a sauna, a hammam, a massage shower, a gym, a beauty salon and four treatment rooms using Sisley products. Massages can also be given in a garden pavilion or in a spa cabin by the sea.
Sports & leisure
The grounds hold a large heated outdoor seawater pool with sea views, five tennis courts and a pétanque alley. Water sports, yoga, boat trips, fishing and excursions are on offer, and there is a boutique for fashion, accessories and gifts.
For children
A kids’ club runs in summer.

Dining brings together Provence, the Mediterranean and a string of sea-view bars, with room service available.

Swimming
The hotel sits on a rocky shoreline fitted out with private cabanas.
Rooms
The 116 rooms, suites and free-standing villas in the woods recall an aristocratic private villa, with graceful furniture, fine fabrics and artworks, and views of the sea, the park and Cap d’Antibes. Some rooms are adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Rooms have air conditioning, an LCD TV, a telephone, a minibar and a hairdryer.

A bedroom with a sitting area and a terrace facing the park and rose garden (main building) or the sea and the Lérins Islands (Eden Roc pavilion).
One Bedroom Suite
A bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms; some have a balcony.
Deluxe One Bedroom Suite
A bedroom, a living room and two marble bathrooms; some have a sea-view balcony or terrace.
Eden Roc Suite
A top-floor suite in the Eden Roc pavilion with a bedroom, living room, dressing room, two marble bathrooms and a terrace with a hot tub and sea views.
Villa Les Cèdres
A two-storey villa in the shade of cedars with three en-suite bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace with dining area and hot tub; butler and chef included.
Villa Eleana
A two-storey villa a few minutes’ walk from the main building with three en-suite bedrooms, a living and dining room, a kitchen and a garden with terrace and pool; butler and chef included.
