About this hotel
General information
Hôtel de Crillon occupies a neoclassical palace on Place de la Concorde. In 1758 Louis XV commissioned the architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel to design the buildings framing the city’s great square, and behind the façade rose interiors adorned by the finest artists and craftsmen of the age. From 1778 until the early 20th century the palace belonged to the aristocratic Crillon family, who gave the hotel its name.
Listed as a historic monument in 1900, the building became a hotel in 1909 and reopened in 2017 after an extensive restoration, its palatial grandeur intact and now paired with Rosewood service. Guests have event and reception rooms, outdoor spaces, a 24-hour business centre, boutiques, a hair salon, a concierge, personal butlers, valet parking, laundry and dedicated programmes for newlyweds.

The hotel stands on Place de la Concorde, close to the Champs-Élysées, the Tuileries Garden, the Louvre and the Grand Palais. Charles de Gaulle International Airport is 26 km away (45 minutes to an hour by car) and Orly 18 km (30–45 minutes).
