About this hotel
General information
Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh steps down a hillside from the desert to the Red Sea. Low, two-storey buildings with an Egyptian feel sit among gardens planted with more than 3,000 palms, and at the foot of the slope, framed by limestone cliffs, runs a kilometre of private shoreline opening onto a protected marine reserve and the resort’s own house reef.
There are 289 rooms, suites and villas, 52 of them suites, finished either in traditional Arabian style or in a clean modern look; the largest residences stand alone right by the beach. The sea is in view almost everywhere, with Tiran Island on the horizon on clear days. Nine restaurants and three lounges, a spa, several pools, an on-site dive centre with two jetties and floodlit tennis courts make it a self-contained retreat in any season.
Location
The resort sits on a hill above the Red Sea at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula in Sharm El Sheikh, a short drive from the cafés and restaurants of Naama Bay, the Old Sharm market and the Il Mercato shopping street. Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is 7.5 km away, around 10 minutes by car; the concierge arranges car or minivan transfers and an airport meet-and-greet with help for luggage.
Spa
The Spa has 12 treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite and two open-air cabanas facing the Red Sea, plus separate men’s and women’s lounges with saunas and steam rooms, and outdoor whirlpools. Treatments pair current techniques with Egyptian rituals: a milk bath followed by an aromatic massage, The Egyptian Masterpiece with a brown-sugar scrub and a jojoba-oil hair treatment, and Couples’ Chocolate Delight for two, alongside massages, facials, body treatments and Hydrafacials. Minimum age is 16.
Sports & leisure
The 24-hour fitness centre fills a two-storey building with floor-to-ceiling windows; there are personal trainers, complimentary Pilates, yoga and full-body classes, a yoga studio and early yoga in the gardens. Four floodlit tennis courts, a padel court and squash come with lessons from a pro, plus volleyball, basketball, boules and aqua aerobics.
- Dive centre — dives on the house reef (5–40 m), night dives, beginner courses, boat trips to wrecks and to the 76 dive sites nearby, including Ras Mohammed National Park and the reefs off Tiran Island.
- Snorkelling — straight off the resort’s jetty over the house-reef corals, or guided half- and full-day trips along the coast; turtles, rays and moray eels are regular sightings.
- Water sports — stand-up paddleboarding, transparent kayaks and towed rides.
- Three dive-centre yachts for private charters and sunset cruises.
- Beyond the resort — jeep safaris to the desert canyons, desert stargazing, a Sharm El Sheikh city tour and day trips by air to Cairo and Luxor.
For children
The complimentary Kids For All Seasons club welcomes children aged 4 to 12 daily from 9 am to 5 pm, with arts and crafts, tennis, swimming, treasure hunts and themed days from Adventure Day to Red Sea Day. Younger guests also have the 0.6-metre-deep Aladdin Pool with a lifeguard, a playground, kids’ yoga, nature walks, storytelling and food-decorating classes, and children can take a first scuba or snorkelling lesson in the pool with an instructor. Teens get billiards, table tennis and table football at the Recreation Centre. Babysitting is available daily from 9 am to 2 am for a fee, with a two-hour minimum.

Swimming
The resort has a kilometre of private golden-sand beach between limestone cliffs, two jetties for swimming and snorkelling, and direct access to the house reef within a protected marine reserve; beach attendants bring towels and cooling spritzes. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset: the heated, free-form Waha with an island bar, cabanas and a whirlpool; the Luna Infinity Pool looking towards Tiran Island; the family Gezira pool with a children’s section and swim-up bar; and the Aladdin Pool for children.
