General information
Parklane is a large beach resort on the south coast of Cyprus, set in a quiet part of Limassol near the village of Pyrgos. Its buildings and villas sit among tropical gardens running down to the sea. The interiors give Cypriot heritage a contemporary reading: Lefkara lace patterns, hand-loomed fabrics and bathroom products scented with the island's fig. The resort's emblem, an amphora, draws on an ancient find from the perfume workshop unearthed at Pyrgos.
There are 222 rooms, 34 suites and a collection of Park Villas with private pools. Guests have the Nammos Limassol beach, La Petite Maison, the Kalloni Spa with its thalassotherapy centre, one of Europe's largest kids' clubs, tennis and padel courts and the boutiques of the Retail Village. For the villas and top suites, the Bespoke Collection programme adds a meet-and-greet at the aircraft, transfers and a personal host around the clock, and the concierge team includes members of Les Clefs d'Or.
Location
The resort lies on Aorati beach in Limassol, between Paphos and Larnaca and 4.5 km from Pyrgos village. Larnaca airport is 55 km away and Paphos airport 70 km; the hotel arranges private car or van transfers, with an airport meet-and-greet for Bespoke Collection guests.
Spa
The 3,000 m² Kalloni Spa has 14 treatment rooms, three spa suites including the signature Kalloni SPA Suite, and a thalassotherapy centre whose seawater pools differ in temperature and salinity, one of them matching the Dead Sea. Treatments use Biologique Recherche, Augustinus Bader and 111Skin, with signatures such as the fragrant Cyprus Ritual and a warm candle-oil massage. There is a hair salon and a barber, and personalised longevity programmes are offered with the Swissmed Health clinic.
Sports & leisure
The ParkFit health club, with sea and garden views, has Technogym equipment, classes, personal training, a heated indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms. Outdoors are three pools (seawater, family and a quiet adults-only pool), two artificial clay tennis courts, a padel court, a multipurpose court, a mini football pitch with FIFA-spec turf, table tennis and table football. On the water: kayaks, jet skis and parasailing.
The concierge team arranges a free weekly guided walk around ancient Amathus, trips to Lefkara and Kourion, jeep safaris across the Akamas peninsula starting at Petra tou Romiou, wine routes through the Troodos villages, sunset sailing on a yacht or catamaran, fishing trips, cooking classes and halloumi-making. A daily Commandaria tasting is held at The Gallery.
For children
Explorers Kids Club, at about 3,000 m², is open all year for children from 4 months to 11 years: a play castle, a pirate-ship pool with slides, a splash zone and creative and sports activities in half-day or full-day sessions (booked in advance, for a fee). The outdoor playgrounds and children's pool are open to families daily without booking, and babysitting is available on request.
Restaurants & bars
The resort's restaurants run from the beach through the gardens to the pools.
- Nammos Limassol — Mediterranean cooking with global touches right on the beach: seafood, premium meats and an extensive wine and cocktail list
- La Petite Maison (LPM) — French Riviera cuisine in a dining room and on a terrace overlooking the gardens and sea, with private island tables and the 'La Vie en Rose' brunch at weekends
- Lanes — all-day international restaurant: breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch and dinner, and sommelier-led tastings in its cellar
- The Gallery — ground-floor lounge bar facing the gardens and sea, serving breakfast, Pan-Asian lunch and dinner and cocktails on the terrace
- Vithos — bar and food truck between the seawater and Lifestyle pools, in season
Room service runs around the clock; private cabana dinners for up to six and chef-cooked barbecues at the villas can be arranged.
Swimming
The resort has its own 300-metre Blue Flag beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and drinks and snacks by the water. Private cabanas can be booked by the pool, on the lawn or on the beach itself; the outdoor pools open in season.
Pets
Pets are welcome: up to two per room, each weighing up to 10 kg.
Rooms
222 rooms, 34 suites and Park Villas with private pools. Superior and Deluxe rooms fill the main building; the adults-only Lifestyle Suites (ages 12 and over) occupy their own wing, and the one- to three-bedroom villas are set in the gardens.
Every room has a marble bathroom with double basins and Byredo products, robes and slippers, Frette linen, a work desk, touchscreen controls, a minibar, a coffee and tea maker, a safe, free Wi-Fi and evening turndown.
