General information
Four Seasons Hotel Limassol is an independent five-star resort on a Blue Flag sandy beach east of Limassol. Its main building, lush gardens and a koi lagoon make a calm, self-contained world on the Mediterranean shore, one that suits families with children as easily as couples drawn to the quiet of an adults-only wing.
There are 282 rooms, suites and residences. Food is the hotel’s particular strength, with five restaurants ranging from Cantonese to Italian and bars with live music and sea views. Suite guests are checked in privately and offered an aperitif with canapés before dinner. The grounds also hold St George’s Chapel for wedding ceremonies, a ballroom and more than 800 m² of event space, boutiques and a flower shop open around the clock.
Location
The hotel sits directly on a sandy beach in Agios Tychonas, east of Limassol, a few minutes’ drive from the city centre and roughly midway between Larnaca and Paphos airports. The concierge books taxis, car hire, excursions and sightseeing trips; covered and open-air parking is free for guests, and there are charging points for electric cars.
Spa
The Four Seasons Spa occupies the lower level beside the gym, with treatment rooms and a circular relaxation area. It works with Anne Semonin products, offered in Cyprus only here. Signature rituals include the Four Seasons – Four Senses massage, which plays on aroma, sound, touch and taste, an Indian ceremony with Shirodhara, hot stone massage and a Thai massage with warm quartz crystal compresses, alongside technology-led facials and body treatments, manicures and pedicures. A sauna, two steam rooms and an ice room by the indoor pool are free for hotel guests, and there is an Art & Style hair salon.
Sports & leisure
Le Club Actif, the fitness centre, has Technogym equipment and a separate studio for classes, with tailored programmes from qualified trainers (for guests aged 16 and over). There is a floodlit tennis court and a padel court, with racquets lent free of charge, plus table tennis, aerobics and aqua aerobics. In season, a water sports centre on the beach in front of the hotel offers motorised and non-motorised activities at a charge, and the concierge can plan excursions across Cyprus.
For children
A kindergarten for ages 3–8 runs all year under qualified staff. During school holidays a club for 7- to 13-year-olds offers daytime and evening activities, and in season teenagers from 13 have their own Moments to Enjoy programme. The main pool has a children’s section with a water slide, there is an outdoor play area, and babysitting can be booked through the kindergarten with a day’s notice. Tropical offers a children’s menu and early suppers, and young guests receive robes, slippers and activity backpacks on arrival.
Restaurants & bars
Five restaurants and several bars carry the day from breakfast to a late cocktail:
- Sera — refined Italian cooking built on seasonal, locally sourced produce; dinner only, with outdoor tables in season
- Seasons Oriental — Cantonese cuisine in an elegant dining room
- M Fusion — Japanese-Peruvian sharing plates, from sushi and grills to ceviche, on a deck over the koi lagoon with sea views
- Tropical — the main restaurant, framed by living green walls: breakfast buffet, an all-day menu, a children’s menu and, in season, a weekly Cypriot barbecue by the lagoon
- Colors Café — café, patisserie and gelateria on the ground floor of the residences, with cakes, house-made ice cream, sushi, salads, sandwiches and home-baked bread
- Vista Bar & Terrace — the main cocktail bar, with live music in the evenings and a sea-view terrace
- Splash Bar and Garden Pool Bar — bars by the main pool and the adults-only pool for drinks, ice cream and light bites
- Beach Bar — a garden bar near the beach, with waiters serving guests on their loungers
- Garden Court & Bar — an atrium bar showing sport on large screens
- In-room dining — round the clock
Swimming
The hotel has its own Blue Flag sandy beach, with solid wood loungers and thick mattresses, shaded cabanas and beach attendants bringing drinks, snacks and towels in season. The largest outdoor pool is the family pool near the lagoon and beach, with a jacuzzi, bubble loungers, a children’s section and a slide. A glass-walled infinity pool is reserved for adults, and a heated freshwater indoor pool with hydrotherapy is open all year.
Pets
Pets are not accepted, with the exception of guide dogs.
Rooms
The 282 rooms, suites and residences are spread across the main building, a beachside annex of studios, an adults-only wing and a separate residences building. Suite and Garden Studio guests enjoy private check-in, valet service and pre-dinner drinks with canapés, while the residences have their own entrance with a 24-hour welcome desk, underground parking and housekeeping.
Every room has an LED TV, free Wi-Fi, lighting, temperature and electric curtains controlled from the guest’s own phone, a telephone, a safe, a minibar, a Nespresso machine and tea set, a marble bathroom with a chromotherapy shower, Frette bathrobes, slippers, Molton Brown toiletries and twice-daily housekeeping.
Superior Sea View
A room in the main building with a furnished balcony and sea views; king-size or twin beds and a marble bathroom with a chromotherapy shower. For two adults and a child.
Beach Studio Upper Floor
A studio on the upper floor of the beachside annex, beside the gardens and beach, with a furnished balcony overlooking the garden; king-size or twin beds, bath and walk-in shower. For two adults and a child.
Superior Inland View
A room in the main building facing inland, without a balcony; king-size or twin beds and a marble bathroom with bath and chromotherapy shower. For two adults and a child.
Garden Studio Upper Floor
An adults-only studio in the quiet wing of the main building, with a king-size bed, a Villeroy & Boch spa bath, a separate shower and a private balcony with a hot tub. For two adults.
Garden Studio Lower Floor
An adults-only studio on the lower floor of the quiet wing, its balcony opening onto a river-style pool with its own hydrotherapy spot; king-size bed, Villeroy & Boch spa bath and separate shower. For two adults.
Family Sea View Room

A ground-floor studio in the beachside annex opening onto the gardens and beach, with a wooden terrace, private jacuzzi, loungers and seating, a sofa bed, bath and shower. For two adults and two children, or three adults.
One Bedroom Inland View Suite
An inland-facing suite whose super king-size bedroom slides open onto a living and dining room with a desk; marble bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two children.
Junior Family Suite
A seafront suite of two rooms divided by sliding doors: a bedroom with a marble en-suite and a living room with a guest WC, plus a furnished sea-view balcony. For two adults and two children, or three adults.
Signature Suite
A contemporary sea-view suite with bedroom and living room behind sliding doors, a walk-in wardrobe, a marble bathroom with bath and shower, and a guest WC. For two adults, or two adults and two children.
Penthouse Suite
A suite on the top floor of the main building facing the sea, with a bedroom behind sliding doors, a living room, a dressing room, a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and chromotherapy shower, and a double balcony with seating. For two adults.
Family Suite
A generous sea-view family suite with bedroom and living room behind sliding doors, a marble bathroom with bath and a double terrace with two seating areas. Some connect to an extra room. For two adults and two children, or three adults.
Executive Suite
A suite with a living room in earthy tones, a quiet bedroom and a double-basin marble bathroom with a Villeroy & Boch spa bath and chromotherapy shower; a large terrace with wooden furniture looks out to sea. For two adults.
Princess Suite
A glamorous suite with a living and dining room, a super king-size bedroom, a marble bathroom with a freestanding Villeroy & Boch spa bath and separate shower room, a guest WC and a large sea-view balcony with loungers. For two adults.
Garden Suite Lower Floor
An adults-only suite set among greenery, with a living room, king-size bedroom, desk and marble bathroom with spa bath and chromotherapy shower; its private veranda runs alongside a river-style pool. For two adults.
Garden Suite Upper Floor
An adults-only suite on the upper level of the garden wing, with a living room, king-size bedroom, desk, large wardrobe and marble bathroom with a Villeroy & Boch spa bath and chromotherapy shower. For two adults.
Executive Penthouse Suite
A top-floor suite, larger than the Penthouse Suite: a bedroom behind sliding doors, a living and dining room, a double-basin bathroom with jacuzzi bath and chromotherapy shower, a guest WC and a double balcony directly above the sea. For two adults.
One Bedroom Grand Suite
A suite with wide sea views from both bedroom and living-dining room, a dressing room, a bathroom with spa bath and separate shower, a guest WC, a wraparound balcony and a second balcony off the bedroom. A connecting sea-view room can be added for up to four guests.
Two Bedroom Family Suite
A sea-view family suite with a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed and two marble bathrooms, one with a Villeroy & Boch hydrotherapy bath. Sleeps up to six.
One Bedroom Residence
A residence on the seventh floor of the separate residences building, with a living and dining room around an open Miele kitchen, a king-size bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a guest WC and a large sea-view patio. Sleeps up to three.
The Royal Suite
The hotel’s largest suite: a bedroom, a living and dining room for eight, a study with a library and a white marble bathroom with jacuzzi and private steam room; the wooden-decked terrace has a shallow private pool, a jacuzzi and panoramic views of the sea, lagoon and beach. An extra bedroom can be added.
Two-Bedroom Residence
A residence with two en-suite bedrooms, a living and dining room with an open Miele kitchen, a guest WC and a patio looking over the sea and the city. Sleeps up to five.
Three-Bedroom Residence
A residence with three en-suite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a living and dining room with an open Miele kitchen, a guest WC and a sea-view patio. Sleeps up to seven.
